Thanks Saket recently started watching your videos and before that i was in a state where i focused more on what exercises i should do rather than the intensity, i used to be so confused with all the various exercises for one body part and everyday do different exercises just so that i dont miss any muscle, but after watching your videos i got a clear vision of what i should do, focus on intensity and destroying your muslce with good form rather than number of exercises, just a while back i was thinking about back exercises and how should i structure my workout for today and then i see that you dropped a video on back 😅😁
