Love ❤️ this video. Quincy is my son, and knows more at eight, than I ever did, even though I grew up in it. He will definitely carry on the family tradition. Thank you all for your awesome comments about my parent’s greenhouse, and about Quincy.
Jessica-he is wonderful! We so enjoyed spending time with him. And I learned a lot from him too 😀
He loves spending time with you all too.
You are blessed with an amazing son! He reminds me of my son, who is now almost 26. Time flies! Cherish that sweet, smart, respectful young man 💙
You did something right raising him! God bless your family 💗
He is a cute and sweet boy. Tell him I like his pretty Beagle.
This world needs more kids like Quincey! At such a young age he shows more wisdom and work ethic than most young people already in college! Thanks for the trip to Robbinsville ladies….can’t wait to see your harvest from these beautiful plants!
“When your tray gets full I’ll get you another one.” Too cute.💚
Oh that little Quincy! I could just take him home! I love to hear him talk. When he said "I was born in Georgia, but I don't ever want to go back" I cracked up. He made this video. His beagle pup is sweet too. His grand-parents seem like real nice people also. If I lived down there, I would definitely visit their place. Thanks for the video, this one will get watched several times, lol!
So glad you enjoyed it 😀
Quincy is absolutely adorable! There's nothing more soothing to my soul that our southern accent ! He could sale me that whole green house!❤ Thank you both for bringing us along to the Shaterfields!
Can’t get over how much Quincy knew about all of those plants at his age! Plus how helpful he was with keeping you supplied with trays to replenish with more plants. What a remarkable young man!! He’ll definitely do well in life, no doubt about it!! 🪴💚
Quincy is so exuberant and personable and knowledgeable. He could sell me the Mississippi River.
What a wonderfully articulate, knowledgeable salesman helped you! That southern accent was fabulous,, and much different than the one I hear in southeastern Kentucky! The drawl is real in that young man! 😂😂💕💕💕
Glad you enjoyed it 😀
The horseradish or elderberry will make tasty sauces with game meats. I appreciate your road trip to Satterfield's Briarpatch Greenhouse, especially the interaction with Quincy. His genuine enthusiasm and tenderness with Rosie gladdens my heart. 🌱🐾
Wow, young Quincy is quite impressive with his knowledge of plants & flowers at only 8 years old!….and so polite & helpful! That kid has a very bright future ahead of him! Love his & his family’s southern accent! Thanks for taking us along, Tipper, Corie & Katie.❤
What a treasure of a business!!! This kind of business is one that many many people are going to need for generations to come. And Quincy, a rare find. Younger people usually don't understand the importance of this trade. Makes my heart happy to see his enthusiasm!!! Best of luck to the family!!
Quincy was a real helper for you. I hope he keeps the love and enthusiasm for greenhouse work. Always good to watch your videos.
I can listen to lil Quincy all day! He’s so knowledgeable and manner-able, he’s mom should be proud of him😊
That little boy is adorable! Best helper in the world 😉
I keep recommending this channel every time I see someone lament about the bilge on TV and the theaters. We have to support those who are positive and hardworking 😊😊😊
Thank you so much Dee 😀
What a great salesman Quincy is. So knowledgeable and helpful. Love to go to the greenhouses. Gardens and flowers make me smile big.
I wonder how much more you spent because of Quincy's salesman skills!! He is literally the most precious kid I think I have ever seen!
He talked me into quite a few things 😀
@@CelebratingAppalachia He talked me into a lot as well! Now I will be on my way to our local nursey yet again!! Every nursey around should play this video on loop inside their green houses! Imagine how much he would sell for them all!!
I absolutely adore this child!!! I’m learning a lot myself!! Thank you Quincy, Korie and Tipper!!💕💕💕Much love from Mississippi💕
A wonderful family nursery, far nicer than the big stores. Looking forward to your planting! 🥰🇬🇧
What a great kid!! So sweet and he sure knows his plants!! Wish I had a greenhouse/nursery like that where I live!! Quincy rocks!! God bless!!💗
❤quincy is too cute! A great helper and good salesman.❤😊 a nice haul!
Thank you! 😊
As soon as the Satterfields started talking I knew they were Graham County folks. There's no place in the southern Appalachian range where the true old "mountain talk" is spoken. They epitomize all that I cherish as a son of the regions--down-to-earth, simplicity, a willingness to work and work hard, and just plain good folks. How I wish I lived closer to them, and an opportunity to enjoy this video gave me a wonderful feeling linkage to my beloved high country.

Thank you so much! We do have that unforgettable accent!
Quincy is going to be running that nursery one day! Nice haul of plants.
That little boy’s passion is absolutely amazing and inspiring! The dialect of your area obviously being passed to the new generations as seen in the boy is fascinating!
Omigosh, I could spend the whole day listening to that child! How wonderfully smart and helpful. I'll take two of him! lol
"I was born in MO but I don't want to go back."😂 He's the cutest kid! Nice of you to give them some publicity! I enjoyed the tour! Thanks❤
Glad you enjoyed it 😀
When he called the ornamental peppers "artificial peppers".. that was TOO ADORABLE!! 😆😆😆
Oh, lil Quincy was adorable and so helpful…I loved hearing him talk and telling names of plants…y’all got a “haul” of plants..I hope they all grow well for you…
The Strawberry Onions here in Florida are huge, I’ve bought several at my local produce market, the lady there told me that farmers planted them with the strawberries to deter animals from eating the berries….you will love them, they are sweet, I think even sweeter than a Vidalia…
As Tennessee Ernie Ford would say, “bless his pea pickn’ heart. So laid back and knowledgeable!❤
Quincy is quite the character. He certainly knows his plants. I love his beagle, Rosie. We had a wonderful beagle when my daughters were young. Grammy from Texas
You'll lose your false teeth on those artificial peppers. He is so cute!
That young man helping you all is just a wonderful person and knows so much about the plants.
That young man is quite knowledgeable for his age. So helpful. Loved seeing all the sets.
Oh my gosh! Quincy is an absolute doll! He sure does know the plants. Adorable.
Best nursery tour ever with the sweetest little tour guide 🥰 can’t wait to see the harvest from all your choices 🤩
Oh my goodness!!!! I love Betty and Pat. They're WONDERFUL people. They've been friends of my family for years. We go to their greenhouse each year. Their plants and trees are the best.
And one of Quincy's school teachers. Thank you Ms. Thatch!
You're welcome. Quincy was a joy to have in class. I miss hearing him sing, " Frosty The Snowman."
Katie and Quincy could have a lot of fun together chasing salamanders & crawdads in the creek.
Great video. I loved spending time with you all today. I'd love to go visit the Satterfields just to get a tour by Quincy. He is a very polite and intelligent young man. I'm gonna send my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters there. I know they would truly enjoy themselves. Thanks for sharing and May God bless you all.
I know they will love it 😀 Thank you for watching!
If it wasn't so far from me I would go to that greenhouse. They had a huge variety of everything.
Everything is better with a beagle! Couldn’t imagine getting anything done without her haha
😀
Quincy is really knowledgeable to be so young. His parents have taught him well. I would go to that nursery just to be helped by Quincy.
I thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Satterfields. Quincy was an awesomely knowledgeable tour guide and salesman! He made me want (you) to buy everything :-) It will be fun to see where you and Corie plant your purchases, and how your gardens grow in the coming months.
oh my gosh Quincey is just adorable! What a world of knowledge he has already obtained. The world needs more kids like him. thank you for sharing your trip.Wish i lived closer!!
Mr. Quincy has the best customer service
Quincy is just the cutest!!! What a big helper he is too!!
I enjoyed going to the nursery with you. Such wonderful knowledgeable folks who care about what they grow. I think I noticed that maybe they also plant all their plants from plugs in their own soil which will give them better roots during the hot summer months when they are in your gardens. I was very impressed with Quincey. He's well advanced in manners and plant info for his age or anyone's age for that matter. Thanks so much for taking us along and was so envious of your plant selections. Oh... and some of those plants you were paying $3 for... I have to pay $7.95 for same size in my area.
That little Quincy was so helpful and such a cutie!😊 💞
Oh my goodness Quincy is a hoot! Loved listening to him!
Quincy is a cutie pie! 💓

Your little helper is just the sweetest boy ever and he’s smart too! Y’all got a lot to plant. Good thing Matt built you more raised beds to plant in. Can’t wait to see how everything grows.
Ohhhhh how I love that kid! I'd bake him butter biscuits every morning if he was mine! Lolololo
Love this video Tipper! ❤
Loved the video!! Tipper, I bet you will be a wonderful grandmother!! You were so sweet with Quincy!!
Boy knows his way around the business smart to have a day
In a few years Quincy will be running that business! He was cracking me up. I have a very small spot for flowers. Every time I’m in a garden center I have to remind myself that I’m not on a 10 acre farm. 😂
Take care and God bless y’all! 😀❤️
That little ole Quincy! He was such a good helper and knowledgeable about everything! What a wonderful and fruitful day; good luck with everything!!😊
Quincy is adorable and so smart. I love this, Tipper. Thank you 😊
Artificial peppers, 😂. Quincy is a great little salesman.
Quincy is so cute and knowledgable!
He is 😀
This was a fun video😀! I can't wait to plant here in Arkansas. 🌺 🥒 🌹 🍅 🌿
I love that little fellers southern accent! I think he’s a lady charmer and doesn’t know it 😂 God bless each and every one of you!!!
That Quincy is something else. What a knowledgeable and helpful nice young man. ❤
Quincy was the BEST. We loved his ongoing commentary and salesmanship. :D :D
So cute! He really made this really entertaining to watch!
I want to go and I want Quincy to help me. I loved his Southern accent. I live in NW Georgia and we have accents here, but it seems like the children sometimes have the best. My son sounded so country when he was little, but he grew up and went to college in South Georgia and it changed. You might never know he is from the South just by hearing him talk now.
I hope you get to go 😀
Quincy has surely passed me up knowledge wise. Bless his sweet heart.
Oh my goodness is he the cutest thing EVER!!!!!!!!
I just love that accent, Quincy. So cute.
I do too 😀
Oh, how I love that long, Southern drawl they have! And what a wealth of knowledge sweet Quincey already has at such a young age. What a special place, thanks for taking us along!! 😊😊😊
OH my gosh!! Quincy is absolutely adorable with his dog Rosie saying that next year they might build another greenhouse. I absolutely love this. Thanks for sharing !!
What a wonderful nursery... thanks for sharing 🤗❤️
I love it when you take us to your favorite shopping places! I wish we had a good nursery like Satterfield's around our area. Quincy was quite the helper & he knows so much about the plants. I loved how he would pick out the ones with the most blooms for you. Better be careful with your plant shopping or Matt will be wanting to come with you to rein you in....hehehehe!
What an excellent little salesman he was ! So cute .
You definitely have an easy natural way with children so you’ll be an excellent GrandMom one day . I’ve got 2 of them myself and it’s so wonderful . 🥰
Those Sweet Millions are tiny, like a blueberry. They were good, but they get sweeter the longer you let them stay on the vine. I had so many that I was giving them away to anybody that would come get them. The first ones that came had a tougher skin, but the last of the season were the best ones. Much smaller than a cherry tomato. Quincy sure was a tremendous help to ya'll. I could sit and chat with him for hours. Ohhhh, the Sun Sugar are one of my favorites. I can't wait to see yours coming up. I have my seeds ready to go, just have to wait a couple more weeks.
That is a nice nursery.Seems like some just down home people that are easy to get along with, and Quincy is adorable and a great salesman.Looks like you all had a great time, and got some pretty stuff.Yall have a blessed night.
Fun trip, Quincy was just a cute sweet kid and he seemed to be grateful to be living with his Grand parents.
Thank you Alan! He was just visiting with them that day 😀
That young man, and his dog, just sing to my heart and soul.
What a beautiful family and oval business!
Tipper, it wont do for you to be a granny one day. I can’t wait!
That young man is very blessed to have the family he does. They’ve taught him so much.he was especially cute with his companion (dog).
That young man is one you need to keep your thumb on, Tipper. He’s going places!
They are such a wonderful family 😀
Great video. Just a laid back, fun presentation. I really liked these people! And that young boy was amazing! Thank you for shaing.

I grow the yellow pear tomatoes every year in memory of my grandparents. They always had them and now my kids and grandchildren love them also.
These people are wonderful!
OH, that FABULOUS ACCENT,,, IT just warms my heart when I hear all you dear people..Love your little dog Quincey IWISH SO MUCH i COULD JOIN YOU, WHAT A WONDERFUL MOB . bLESS YOU EACH N EVERY ONE OF YOU...
Thank you!
I have gardened and grown for over 50 years. I have a lot of faults, but my greatest is a lust for plants and gardening. We have a family here that runs a nursery and every year for over thirty years I go there in the spring for plants. I have no space left for any fruit trees. That young man is wonderful he will one day be a fantastic nurseryman and salesman. Thank you for another wonderful wholesome presentation.
So glad you enjoyed it 😀
Paradise! Just the sort of place I love. The only thing is, you get home and think how long it's going to take to plant them!
Quincy, you are a great young man and salesman. So glad you love nature and flowers/trees. Thanks for the tour.😊
He is the best little salesman 😀
Tipper you have made a friend for life in Quincy . So Good !
Quincie is so smart for his age! Reminds me of my Dads greenhouses
Y’all got a lot of flowers and herbs and vegetable plants. That little Quincy sure knows a lot about everything they are growing there. I hope y’all have real good luck planting these and that Cory can get her chamomile to grow this year. Can’t wait to see mats face when you come home with all of this goodness. Won’t be long now and it will warm up and y’all can get to plant and all of it out in the garden and planting your flowers around your new steps. They sure seem like real nice people. Y’all have a great weekend. Hugs from the southeast coast of Florida😎🦩🌞🦩😎
Quincy is precious 😘👍🌿💐You are correct about the strawberry onions.
Quincy is such a sweetheart, love him!
