One thing that’s a bit conflicting after posting this video. It seems tokens aren’t generated after two factor authentication. If you’re account seems compromised you need to change the actual password and potentially the email associated if possible to regenerate the token on your account.
Regardless perform the password change and maybe re-enable 2FA if you feel the account has been compromised.

@@loveace2430 I get that it's just meant to be a joke, but just because you're on a laptop doesn't necessarily mean it's bad. Obviously cheap laptops won't have good specs and high core counts, but more expensive laptops can have 4, 6 or 8 cores

You can bypass any 2fa without ever getting the victim notified with a certain method. 2fa just stops the attacker from deleting your server or your account

Windows defender isn't great in dealing with newer threats, but it does well against already well known malwares. Also relying on the default protection like Defender can be risky as its the most targeted one and most recent spywares and ransomwares are built to evade defender. Diversification isn't bad at all if protection is critical to you.
