No elections during war: Zelenskyy in power despite expired term

- Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s term as president of Ukraine was scheduled to end on 20th May.
But with the country at war and martial law declared, the parliament postponed the vote and no elections have been scheduled so far.

How do you campaign during wartime? How do you open and maintain polling stations while under aerial attack and loss of power? How do you hold elections when some of your electorate are under occupation?
