Patrick's 'Tell me how I can make it right?' was insanely well acted.
He's great in the entire series, but he's been on another level the past two episodes. Rhea, too.
Jimmys job interview scene at the printer place was amazing.
I COULD BE A SERIAL KILLER, I COULD BE A GUY WHO PEES IN YOUR COFFEE POT, I COULD BE BOTH
Absolutely nailed Banks' impression!
Patrick does a really great Jonathan Banks impersonation.
so funny
It was spot on. I have to wonder how much he practiced that, lol.
his jonathan banks impression is almost perfect
Rhea Seehorn has really been killing it this season.
The scene where she tears Howard a new a-hole in his office is really great acting.
Great actor. The look on his face when Kim blasted him in his office after he gave her Jimmy’s letters bequeathed from Chuck. Wow. The episode was called “breathe”. Well I couldn’t for about 10 minutes after that scene. Incredible. Howard keeps trying to do the right thing but every time he does, it’s taken as he’s trying to be a jerk. He just can’t win. Patrick pulls it off incredibly well. Hats off Patrick. I’m a fan.
Such a great scene!!
Howard is just an extremely well-written character. Patrick nails it.
Howard is literally the nicest person in the show. I dont know how people are blaming him for anything.
He has no schemes or ulterior motives. He has honorable qualities and makes all the tough decisions.
The only thing that he could be blamed for in the entire run of the show was keeping Kim in doc review even after she obtained Mesa Verde for them. That was a dick move. Otherwise, he's generally been a stand-up guy who just wants to run his business but keeps getting dragged into the McGill shenanigans.
The nicest person in the show is Mike's daughter in law / Kaylee's mother. By far.
The best show currently on television hands down
I think this guy does such a great job being Howard, the voice and mannerisms are just so on par with what I think a big time lawyer would be like.
Like everyone in Better Call Saul, he is excellent, and perfectly cast
his j. banks impression is great
all the cast of this show are the most beautiful human beings i really love them
I love his character. He's a great actor
This show is so good.
It is. I just watched the latest episode last night. Great stuff.
This is one of the best shows in TV - and a real shame that What the Flick didn't review it. Finally they will coming up.
So WTF isn't going to review the show? BTW that scene between Kim and Howard in episode 2, WOW!!! She said everything I've ever wanted to say to Howard and more!!!
He's super goodlooking!
Patrick's character has the best arc in the series. I can't think of any character anywhere with a better arc. You hate that guy at the beginning of the series, and the character developes in to a 3 dimensional character.
The best part is that his character develops as we learn more about other characters. His development doesn't even always happen when he's on screen which is amazinf
His Jonathan Banks impression is so good)))
His Jonathan Banks impression. Lol.
Geeez, I can't think of him other than a very serious and successful lawyer. This is so weird to see. Talk about a suspension of disbelief. Great actor!
I feel like I haven't seen Patrick Fabian in anything else before... he's so good in Better Call Saul.
Saved By The Bell College Years, Professor Lasky.
This was amazing and I am glad the reviews are coming back for this season.
Thank you for this interview! Love to see more 😀
I like the Howard Hamlin character and Patrick Fabian comes across like a really nice guy. I feel he gets a bad rap in terms of the way the other characters treat him.
Great Interview guys!!
I honestly only googled him to see if he sounds just as cocky and pretentious in real life.
Needless to say, I'm disappointed lol. He's just a talented actor.
Im jealous about how freaken handsome he is. LOL
Lmao. I was checking for the same thing! That suit must have come with a broom to put up his a$$! 🤣
So when are you guys going to be doing the reviews for BCS?
Next Wednesday. Alonso mentions that at the end of the video.
Underrated actor.
I've always liked him. He's so funny and so handsome.
Professor Lasky is awesome! I love it when it they get the Better Call Saul actors. I hope you guys get Mike or Lydia next! Pleeeeeaaaaassssseeeee Lydia!
1:50 that was hilarious.
I loved the Kim & Howard scene in this episode, one of my top moments in the entire series so far.
The best show now
I don't think Howard was trying to get revenge on Jimmy in that scene. He was just being dumb. Trying to help him not realizing he was ultimstely not really thinking about him.
Honestly... the thing I love about the show is EVERYONE is misinterpreting EVERYONE (just like we often do in real life). None of them are perfectly pure, and none you can say is really a villain. Kim is misinterpreting Jimmy as being distraught or depressed over Chuck's death. Kim is also misinterpreting Howard as being malicious. Howard is also misinterpreting Jimmy as being distraught/depressed. Jimmy misinterpreted Chuck as not caring about him, and thus makes Jimmy almost glad he hurt Chuck in the end. We see in this last episode that Jimmy has no idea what Kim's going through. It's just a mess of intentions awry and intense circumstances causing each person to do things they may ultimately hugely regret.
@@eskimo289 Yeah it's great. The writers have said that sometimes they're not even sure why someone is acting in a certain way, just because they're so complex
Btw, EXCELLENT show!!!
all legends. I'd go for a pint with all 4 and just listen to the chat
He sounds the same out of character as in character lol
Will Patrick Fabian tell us about the method of acting he uses to approach his character? His strategy, one might say?
Hearing that story... the only difference between Jonathan Banks and Mike is that they only have different names. Otherwise they are the same dude personality wise.
I liked him in the film in the Last Exorcism..
It's Nacho sure if Nacho will make it to the time of the events of Breaking Bad.
I love that there are no clear cut good guys or bad guys on this show. I felt equally bad for Kim and Jimmy as I did for Howard in this last episode. Every character is just trying to do the right thing from their own perspective and sometimes they butt heads with one another. It feels like the most real depiction of how actual relationships work.
This show then snowfall in second currently on air rn
also succession, claws, the sinner and animal kingdom are dope.
alonso pun game top tier
Did he just spoil something about Kim's character in this? Around 4 minutes in, he does say what I have been predicting Kim will be doing this entire time which is to either try to stop Jimmy's further descent into this cold, feelingless in-light-of-his-brother's-suicide thing that's been going on. She might even be like "you know what, forget Mesa Verde, forget HHM, let's just go somewhere else and start over" at which point Saul having realized how much he enjoys his new self tells her to "fuck off" basically. I think she either leaves him or he leaves her for trying to rein in his increasingly remorseless alter-ego which will eventually become Saul Goodman the same way Walt became Heisenberg more and more as time went on.
His wife sure is a lucky gal, I’d love to stare into those gorgeous blue eyes, and run my fingers through that white blonde hair!
There's nothing to say that Kim and Jimmy won't meet up in Omaha in the black and white Eugene world, and THEN they go off together. Which is what I am hoping for. I am so hoping!!
Nacho sure about 🤣🤣👍
Professor Laskey?!?!
Hes even handsomer now as an older dude.
BCS has the best cast, bar none, of any show currently on television.
i need some new graphic card so bad damn
I deep into season 3 and "Howard" seems to be portrayed as the bad guy. I haven't seen him do anything unethical yet.
Hamlindigo For The Win
Was he the taxi driver in episode 1?
(facepalm)
Almost certainly not
I think that if you make this guy believe that he is not so important in this series, he will explain all the facts on the table how it ends.
Howard is gray character not a villian
Prof Lasky!!!
Chris Spicer saved by the bell?
Yes. He was in the prime time version "The College Years."
He got even handsomer with age.
WTF, why you no review?
Alonso said at the end that the recaps will be "starting next Wednesday."
what i would want to know is: does Better Call Saul get paid by the tabacco companies to have all that smoking on the show?!
do they have to disclose this type of thing, or can/could they just keep that secret?
wtf are you talking about? There isnt much smoking. Watch Narcos or Stranger Things and then you know what much smoking really is!
i ve never heard of Narcos xD so i can t comment. but i ve seen stranger things and i don t even remember any smoking xD i guess i should pay more attention. i still think there is lots of smoking in Better Call Saul tho..
but to my real question, do you know whether they get paid to do that?
No i don't think so, they just make it if it fits to the character! Do you have a problem with it?
And yes you should really pay more attention. :-D Ever heard of Chief Hopper??? He is a chainsmoker in Stranger Things and also Will's mother smokes and Steve and the big brother of Max. There are so many! I can't believe you have watched the show. I bet you are one of those who are playing with their mobile phone while watching a tv series. that's really sad.
now that you say it, i remember them smoking xD funny how i didn t consciously realize that xD
i don t have a problem with it per se, but if they got payed to include it, i would like to know, that s all. when they include the brand of the product (like with the KFC in Stranger Things) its obviously product placement, but if they got payed to just have smoking characters we wouldn t know.
I don't think they got payed for that. As you know, there are some people in the world who smoke :-D so its no big thing actually!
lol so Patrick wouldn't mind seeing her in a bikini either.
That guy in better call saul is like an android. Creeps me out in all his scenes
Yes he is a good actor
Right? I found his way of talking too proper for a normal person, but also understand why he got the squeaky clean lawyer role.
best shows right now:
-this
-mr. robot
-attack on titan
that's all :(
- Succession
- The Expanse
Howard Hamlin seems like a confusing character... but so far in season 4 I think he cares more than Kim and Jimmy give him credit for. And after all, he was right that Chuck does commit suicide, which Kim refuses to believe.
Hamlins not a bad guy hes just corporate and smug. Chuck was a wasteman.
Hamlin is doing what is actually best for the company. He had to follow under Chuck for a long time because Hamlin's own favor was held hostage due to the founder's money the company owed him.
Yeah, I think Howard was just as much in Chuck's shadow as Jimmy was, if in a different way. It will be interesting to see where he goes in season four.
yeah true, which is why i think kim went too far. I dont blame howard for trying to do the right thing but its complicated. Yeah it probably hurt Jimmy but i think its too soon.
Kim is blinded by her feelings for Jimmy. I feel bad for her, because she's the one good person in all of this. I think deep down inside she does realize Jimmy is a little sketchy, but out of everyone she sees the most good in him.
The Cinnabon is in Omaha. Damn you all got so lazy -- everything is short on the channel and you guys pay half-attention. If you guys didn't have such good politics, I'd just give up.
Ben makes mistakes in so many of the videos (the Game of thrones ones were cringworthy)
Nick Granese good politics
LMAO
Yeah -- in MY opinion. I have similar politics to a lot of these guys based on the way they explain shit about their beliefs. Welcome to reality, where people have a shitload of different political beliefs. You have yours. Enjoy them, and fuck off
