  • Unboxing review of my new Crosman 2240 Co2 pistol. Bolt action, single shot .22 Cal. using various pellet weights to see how she shoots. Pretty good out of the box, though the trigger could be much smoother and lighter. Chronograph results were very good at 21 FPS spread over the first 30 shots, averaging 5.2 Ft/Lb (using 14.91 Grain pellets) with a 15 second pause between shots.
Nice to know that they are pretty easy to work on, so video clips to follow.👍

Nice one pop a steel breech on and move the bolt action to the left hand side. Great pistols

Built like a tank, heavily customizable, looks homemade. It's the Harley Sportster of air pistols, and I love it!

Nice review. You now own potentially the most expensive co2 pistol in the World. My "garden gun" has 14inch barrel, multi shot breech which incidentally is one of the best I have ever used. Bolt on the right in carbine format, for pistol I have a brass breech with bolt on the left. Either a folding stock or presently an adjustable one. Various moderators and all the adaptors necessary. MTC Viper on, but shoots well with any red dot. Played with the 88 gram bottle, fitted for a while, 88s too expensive. Mr. Gmac loved me. Note. When fitting new metal breech only use the 50 thou allen key supplied with the breech screw.

Nice review, the 2240 and the Benjamin eb22 are probably 2 of the best out there for co2 pistols 👍

you can get the trigger and seer out to polish without removing the grip frame from the tube. just remove the right grip and the cover under the right grip. everything will pull right out. nice review!

Used to have the (green) Backpacker .177 pump up breakdown rifle....removed the skeleton stock and put (horrible) brown grips on to make a biig pistol ( im more likely to get a hit if i throw the rifle at the target). Shame they only do the .177 version as an expensive target gun. Nice review as always.🔫😸

Sooooooo many mods can be done, beware the ball bearing that is easily lost when dropping the pistol grip lower from the co2 tube! It’s spring and bb to locate in the cross bolt safety, always handy to keep a few spares in. As has been said it’s dangerous to own a crosman as it’s soooooo easy to keep buying mods! Especially as compatible parts across the models, you can even fit the pistol grip onto a Benjamin marauder
