1. - Blue light stays on: When you press the power button on your PS4, the light on the console turns blue and stays that way, without transitioning to white (indicating the system is functioning properly) or turning off.
2. - No video or audio output: The PS4 does not display any video or audio on your TV or monitor. It might seem like the console is not responding at all.
3. - Freezing or crashes: In some cases, the console might freeze or crash during gameplay or while navigating the system menus, leading to the Blue Light of Death upon restart.
The Blue Light of Death can be caused by various factors, including:
Hardware failure: Issues with the console's internal hardware, such as the motherboard, or APU (Accelerated Processing Unit), can result in the BLOD.
Firmware/software issues: Corrupted system software or a failed firmware update can cause the console to enter a state where it cannot boot properly, leading to the Blue Light of Death.
To resolve the Blue Light of Death issue, you can try the following steps:
Power cycle: Unplug the power cord from the console, wait for about 10 minutes, then plug it back in and attempt to power on the PS4 again.
Check connections: Ensure that all cables, including the HDMI cable and power cord, are securely connected to the console and the TV.
Safe mode: Try starting the PS4 in Safe Mode by pressing and holding the power button until you hear a second beep. From there, you can try rebuilding the database or reinstalling the system software.
System software update: If possible, update the PS4's system software to the latest version using a USB flash drive and the official firmware from Sony's website.

Hello, i have the same issue. The ps4 slim stays on flashing blue light like that. I checked all the values you showed here and its correct. For the ram biases with pair 1.8k and 1.6, mine showed 1.6k for both positive and negative biases but its normal i guess. I dont k ow what to do next.
Next, it could be the APU needs a re-flow.
Ah I see. But the APU does get warm. I connected UART and the syscon fails to decrypt the coreos. I tried to change the active swap method but so far no luck.
I have another ps4 slim with 2 sec blod. All resistor values ate good. I added pressure near the south bridge and it booted to white light. Then I tried again, it didn't boot. I reflowed the south bridge and still same issue. This one could be the apu. Thanks for the reply.
i have a ps4 slim. i press power button blue light pulses, fan turns on 1 second and stops. blue light pulses for 55 seconds and then goes off. Eject button gives 3 beeps. No second beep when holding power button. ps4 is turned on by wireless controller and disc, but same result as above. pulsing blue light is 55 seconds exactly every time.

@@idreestech i watched all your videos. Unfortunately i checked all that they are ok. I think apu is faulty the corner big smd capacitor of apu is showing 15ohms. It should be 4 to 6 kohms range. Thankyou
