- Eric, Jesse and Luca are back with another Bardown Challenge after taking down Connor McDavid's fastest Lap record. This time, they will attempt to break what seems to be an unbreakable record, Zdeno Chara's 108.8 mph hardest shot record.

I think it's because they must've got crap audio in the rink due to them not being mic'd up so they re-recorded the dialogue in a studio and it sounds super weird and over the top.

This one is really bad because they obviously recorded the audio after but both of the videos with these three guys feel off and don't have the usual things I love about BarDown. Like feeling like actual friends and people who just like hockey
I don't know if it's the guy with dreads that films it because it definitely looks different but it makes me think DZ and Corwin are the ones that actually know what they are doing
i feel like they are at the point where they are using content that they know isn't the best but they can't record anymore. just trying to stay active
Corwin is the best part of the games they play but Jesse is the lifeline of the quiz. No one would watch without him. Eric is also a huge part of the vlogs I think it’s just they weren’t given a lot of creativity in the 2 vids, and yes the audio is off
I keep rewatching to see how bad it keeps getting.
This video sounds like it was dubbed over with the audio for a terrible episode of Timothy goes to hockey school.. these videos are typically cringy but this was next level.. usually enjoy the content from bar down tho

Audio must’ve corrupted and they had to go and record in a studio and record over it that’s why it sounds so unnatural

I'm guessing the audio wasn't captured/usable and some extra editing along with voice dubbing was needed. Although you guys tried to salvage what you can it does seem a little off. With the elevated music bed and unsynced dubbing at spots, this video doesn't fit the natural and fun tone that Bardown has perfected. I love the extra effort and it shows you care, but this is a miss.
I hope you take this as constructive criticism and not a shot.

two things 1. Nobleton? as in down the street from Simcoe(basically) and 2. its no so much scripted as it is, post voiceover
There audio was probably bad so they need voice over and plus they made the most with the virus go ik ng around so let them off easy
to everyone complaining about the audio, cut them some slack. they likely lost the audio from their shoot and had to dub it over in post production but couldn't do it with the resources of the TSN office given the Coronavirus situation. they tried their best, no need to bicker.

I think the speedmeter was taking Jesse's skating speed as he went right up to the net.
The amount of dust that came off of Jesse when Eric patted him at 3:40 was enough to cause a sandstorm.
