Try these spots if you can afford it. Happy Bowls is cute but I only go there when someone else offers to pay since it's hella expensive. Also, homie said he doesn't eat red meat but that honey pizza has soppressata all over it. He also failed to mention that his meal at Covina probably cost around $75 before tax ($25 for pizza, $25 for pasta, $15 for salad, and $10 for the fries).

In general you shouldn’t have a cheat day/meal. As long as you make healthy food choices throughout the day, one poor food choice won’t kill you. Just get one to two donuts, or something reasonable everyday, and then eat low calorie dense foods the rest of the day.
