It really does, first time you watch it the show is like a mystery and physical horror show, then it's an edgy cooking show with loveable side characters and a mystery-subplot and then it's a romantic comedy.
Me: "They're relationship is horrible. Hannibal is a manipulative psychopath taking advantage of Will's fragil mental state. They've tried to kill each other multiple times and always get hurt either physically or emotionally when around one another." Will: "I've never known myself like I know myself when I'm with him." Me: "Okay that's a romantic af line."
Whenever these two are together, I feel like I'm intruding. It's honestly so much worse than them doing anything explicit. God only knows how Alana and Jack felt.

It was exactly as crazy as it needed to be, especially the whole thing with the guy who makes the mechanical cave bear jaws and every scene of him hunting people is an aesthetic masterpiece, this TV show challenged my sanity, I have watched nothing else like it.
I know just recently Mikkelson mentioned they’d still all be on board for a season 4 (if only someone could pick it up 😩), but I think this would be required reading for them to get back into character 😂

I'm sick of being called gay. This is just a very dark complex and beautiful love story. I know it is fucked up as hell but I stand by it. This is really great story telling. Both characters are so weird and screwed up that they are the only two people who really understand each other, so that leads to a strange kind of love. I know it's fucked up and I am attracted to men and not women but I would rather watch the 'murder husbands' than some shitty rom com where the women tries to bablance her career with a relationship with Mathew Mcconaghy.
In its very special way, this show was Glory. I'm so glad it even exists, I'm so glad people worked hard to pull off such great story telling and character progression and dark humor and twisted beauty This whole series. Glorious Hannibal and Will? Glorious
The moment I love the most is the scene where Hannibal tells Will that forgiveness comes with sacrifice somewhere in s2 I think (or was it s3?) and then tells him he doesn’t need a sacrifice but still Will sacrificed Chilton to the dragon in an attempt to regain Hannibal's trust. This is true love here if you ask me.
My favorite scene was at the end of season 2 when Hannibal held Will's face and stabbed him, oh so romantic, even though he took the coward way out of kissing him. And my favorite line out of the show is, "If I saw you everyday, forever, Will. I would remember this moment." WILD THIS SHOW WAS TV. I wish I could go back in time and watch it on TV so I can cherish this show more deeply

The moment I love the most is the scene where Hannibal tells Will that forgiveness comes with sacrifice somewhere in s2 I think (or was it s3?) and then tells him he doesn’t need a sacrifice but still Will sacrificed Chilton to the dragon in an attempt to regain Hannibal's trust.

My favorite scene was at the end of season 2 when Hannibal held Will's face and stabbed him, oh so romantic, even though he took the coward way out of kissing him. And my favorite line out of the show is, "If I saw you everyday, forever, Will. I would remember this moment." WILD THIS SHOW WAS TV. I wish I could go back in time and watch it on TV so I can cherish this show more deeply
