this is exactly what all the medarot in my copy of medarot ds kuwagata version does: their attacks just flat out miss, and it's usually the arms that were hit.
Pushing 30 and dudes screaming while shooting giga lasers at each other with an energetic soundtrack in the back is still the coolest thing on this earth.
I'm reminded of that one attack from Sephiroth in FF7....looks incredible, does crap damage, an you have to purposely pass turns to actually see it before you flatten the prettyboi if you've been leveling decently. :-)

All main pilots have special quotes vs OG final bosses, so yes any chosen main unit would. As you saw with Kouji, the side characters will also join in. Yer good to go.
Quite surprised how low Nevalinna's HP is compared to Sol-Z. But I would think this game was meant for newer gamers (especially internationally) to get into the game. I'm pretty much betting the next SRW game would provide a real challenge to gamers.
Kind of not that fun though, when the Final Punching Bag doesn't have enough HP for all your units to unload their strongest attacks and tick some pretty numbers.
But Still i had a tough fight at first against nevanlina from.the if route Of course, after defeating half of them the game gave me the wave motion and it was easier to face the army
well after I battled that 400k+ hp boss on 3rd OG on the stage where granteed got his final attack, I really felt this boss was not even half of it..but well 3rd OG had that ultimate break system that really cuts the boss's HP... so I kinda understand that 200k HP boss specially if you didn't grind enough in this game...
4:20 I love how Mazinger Zero's entire attack is so synchronized with the timing of the music, my only problem is that it wasn't the final attack, but leaving that aside, it was spectacular

so i got all the secrets mentioned in the description,got all SR points and all emblems - is that why i have to fight a bunch of Nevanlinna instead of just one? because that intimidated me a lot that i had to stop to look for some finale guide like this or something,lol., I've beaten X and im halfway through T i think but V is definitely the most challenging of the 3 and the finale stage i got just takes the cake.
Idk why but i always save before the final battle starts, when music changes to this kind i always feel like tearing up and more hyped to beat the bosses up.
Yes, it's my first run.This game is stupidly easy with it's EXC system. Using three EXC allows using of smash hit which is basically one full turn of crit that stacks with valor or soul.Using analyze also further boost your damage. Funny thing the true ending boss battle is so much less epic. It's just the same final boss with multiple copies with only 33 k Hp each. You could literally stoner sunshine and breast Nova all of them with the multi action EXC ability.
Yeah I went and looked up the EXC system on Akurasu after I watched this video to see what's going on. What the hell were they thinking with Smash Hit? So do you think we're looking at J and MX levels of easy here?
Nope, even easier. Coupled with the fact you can use seishins literally whenever you want. You can use them even when the unit's turn has ended or even when being attack during your enemy's turn. There's even a new seishin called forsee that cast flicker(dodge one attack) on any one character. Using the 11/11 B combination, you get forsee on your MC and it only cost like 12 SP with concentrate and with SP regen. It's a joke.
So wait...you're telling me you can cast Flash during a boss' attack? Like don't use it when all the grunts are attacking, but use it to directly counter only the attack you want? Because that's absurd.

I second the wave motion gun. Having the swarm appear on an enemy turn was really annoying, but once it was my turn again the Yamato slaughtered them all in one turn. That was fun.
There's also the fact that almost all your units ingame are Weapons Level 10, Level 15 in later playthroughs. So the Final Boss isn't that hard at all.
Cause we got TWO SRW games within ONE YEAR that were also engrish, think they should take a break for next year and take their time to create a awesome ACE game on PS4 also in engrish hahaha....I CAN DREAM!
All my units are level 99 and I end up Nevanlina with 3 hits only, shin getter and shin dragon double attack over 100k damage then VangRay II with Chitose over 66k damage and last my boy Soji with GranVang with over 89k damage attack and that's it
Lol really, the main boss, getting jacked up by each robot for like 20k+ each attack ... at 6:02 here in the video she does this crazy variant of her Tesseract attack ... and does a whole 200 something damage! LOL for real. This chick had no chance against this squad at all.
If she is so lame then why they bothered to make DLC where the player has the option of saving her? This is specially notable as her voice actor is dead. Face it, The ultimate tsundere is popular.

Mazinger has always been able to tank attacks. If you upgrade it to max, Mazinger is virtually unstoppable.

Yeap, you can even heal before the attack starts. The only exception to the rule is when you are attacked with a map weapon.

what the fuck, it seems that the big boss attacks all come to null. Even evenag can avoid his laser blast.
Epsilon there's also the fact that Koji doesn't have much evasion type Spirit Commands innately, and his Spirit Commands involve Attack and Defense.
