So sad that he lost the case.
Mam, his losing gave india and the world a new thoughts of constitution and validity of constitution. Now i feel that constitution is a essential part of a country for it's legal, political, economical and social written document... 😊😊😊

before starting this video, i am saying thank god you are here for this topic.... :)
I found your videos explaining the parts of constitution when I was preparing for exams. And they were so helpful. My exams are over. But I'm still here going through all these videos because of the clarity with which you explain the material despite the fact that it's in Hindi which is probably my fourth language.
Please share link of that video explaining parts

Hello priya mam... Your way of teaching is excellent . It is very beneficial for all students. Madam their is one request from we all NTA ugc NET aspirants that please make one video on : Temporary, transitional and special provisions in respect of certain states. bcz you have covered whole of syllabus of constitutional law except this chapter.
Mene itne sare channel dekhe hai law ke but you are the best...👍
My native is close to EDANIRU MUTT and I have been hearing KESHAVANDA BHARTI CASE from my child hood.. I did not know details -- Its really very lucid explanation you gave -- Thanks a lot
Bengal and kerala were the states where they adopted land reforms act in the best manner.
Thankz to N A Palkhiwala(lawyer of Kesavananda Bharati).
SM Sikri was the CJI during verdict of this case
Personally I feel it's because of the communism in both states
nah..not with communism , reforms are being taken bcz for after communism party
@@Exposia in kerala the land reforms act and educational reforms act were first implemented by communist govt., immediately after that large protest( led by upper castes and feudal mafias) took place & the first elected govt in kerala was dismissed by Nehru in 1959 using 356.
When palkhivala completed his arguments one of the judges has this to say the hights of advocacy and eloquence to which nani has risen is unparallel to the entire history of the world
Land reform was the one of the only few good deeds of Communists.
I am preparing for UPSC n dis video has definitely helped me thank u for such an informative video😊😊😊
exactly what i was searching for! ✨
thanks a lott ma'am! you're genuinely one of the best teachers on youtube! ♥️🤩
You made it easy for viewers with non-law, non-political science background.
LIstening to your channel, one gets the impression that India is indeed a vibrant and functioning democracy where there is proper separation between the various pillars of democracy. But the ground conditions, especially in these times looks...different.
Exactly
The british -wantnly made several problems & went , parted already , Afgans, Nepal, Burma etc. also designed a majore problem in creating 2 Pakistan. Thanks to Dr Ambedkar & several giants, made a well thought , drafted constitution
i think powers of parliament need to be more limited and executive body isn't properly seprated president is elected by legislative body its good that judiciary is totally independent body probably the reason why india is still a democratic country.
Mam sach me आप ,कोई भी टॉपिक हो आप इतना अच्चे से समजते ही ना जसे aapne abhi bataya aur hom sabkuch samaj Gaye Aisa lagta hai

Head over heels for this channel !
Your content and way of explaining is so good.
I'm not sure why this video got recommended to me, but as a brazilian law student I really enjoyed it. Our Constitution follows the same principle but is more explicit on the matter of what can't be amended. Also, it is from 1988 so maybe cases like this one might have influenced our constitutional assembly. Really interesting
The video was very useful. Concisely and precisely explained. It is always a challenge for me to get a good grasp of landmark cases and their verdicts. It would be really useful if you pick up other important cases as well.
The smile with which you teach is amazing and quite motivational 🙏 Thankyou

Finally we can say Legislature try to interfere in Judiciary because they can't interfere in basic structures. 🤣🤣🤣
But the big mistake of the constitution could be - like the Election commission they should have separated the JUDICIARY from the Govt clutches.
