- In this video I show you how to make a healthy chicken fajita wrap. The recipe also includes a homemade chicken fajita seasoning recipe.
Ingredients:
Fajita seasoning
1.5 Tsp Salt
1.5 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Black Pepper
1.5 Tsp Garlic Granules
1.5 Tsp Cumin Powder
1.5 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Tsp Paprika Powder
½ Tsp Oregano
½ Red Bell Pepper
½ Green Bell Pepper
½ Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Large Onions
2lb Chicken Breast
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Juice of ½ Lemon
Handful Chopped Coriander
Tortilla Wraps - As required
Salsa - As required
Salad - As required
