- Brock Boeser couldn’t put any weight on his foot after blocking a shot from Mark Giordano, forcing him to basically crawl across the ice to get to the bench before heading off to the dressing room.

There are rules as to when a play is supposed to be whistled dead with regards to injuries, and they followed them correctly.
He was laying in the corner for a good 5 seconds...enough time to blow it down.
Canucks had the puck after Giordano shot it...maybe hadn't touched it but it was clearly in their possession.
