As a Latin Rite Catholic, who attends traditional Latin Mass in the US, i have developed a special love for the Jacobite community in Kerala. especially given the current court decisions. I want the Jacobites to survive this and stay persistent in their faith and their beautiful liturgy. one day, i will make a pilgrimage to the shrine in this video and attend the Liturgy, if God willing. May God bless our Jacobite brothers and sisters and keep them safe.
@@evan.5967 The syro Malankara are my brothers. they are already united with the Catholic church. i can receive Holy Communion at their church and attend their Holy Qurbana. They are the most generous of people. during the current crisis between the orthodox and jacobite, the Malankara church has generously opened their churches to the Jacobites. They shine like a diamond, witnessing to the love of Jesus Christ. I am also a devotee of Mar Gee Vargheese and I am praying to him for a special intention.
@@javageek123 thanks to the agreement between st.John Paul I and the previous syriac orthodox patriarch we are allowed to receive the sacraments in each other’s churches as well. Here in Bulgaria jacobites often receive the sacraments from our catholic priests since they can’t always bring their priests here
