I know we like to call things “fusion cuisine,” but everything is fusion cuisine nowadays post-globalization. The Old World didn’t even have tomatoes or peppers until after the Columbian Exchange. Culinary history is neat.

Yes. It's actually a common thing for travel channels to post a long video of all the places they've went to when they've visited a country. This video may be old but it isn't necessarily a re-upload.
He has done this multiple times, this is the second channel that will often use long splices of the other videos to feature a specific theme, like "the craziest fair foods" are multiple of the episodes of him visiting fairs stitched together.

I need Sonny and the Jolly guys to make a video! Jolly guys love trying new foods, especially Asian cuisine so I think Sonny needs to take them deep into the bowels of Asia and have them try some crazy stuff!
The best way to cook anything is by feeling, never measure. Practice makes perfect and variety is the spice of life! I’d love to visit that meat buffet.
You have to do this in Colombia... we have a version of the chipas called Pandebono, but a 100 times better than the Argentinian version... depending on the region, we have variations of pandebono with Almojabanas in the centre of the country, pandeyuca in the pacific, and filled with guava and cheese or arequipe (same as dulce de leche in Argentina)... in Colombia you also have a variety of baked and fried snacks which have no rivals in Latinoamerica... then you have to taste the different versions of arepas, again depending on the region you have arepas of all flavours and sizes, sometimes filled with beef and chicharron, other times sweet and filled with cheese, or others filled with eggs... street food in Colombia is rich and plentiful...a unique experience!
