Are used to buy parts from China in the Philippines and places like that when I was a buyer and they had to put some type of Cosmo lean or anti-rust inhibitor on them to ship them across the ocean in the containers on the ocean lighters because salt water and salt spray gets into everything and they can cause parts to rust before they even get to you that’s why they put it in the bag with all the oil.
