Ok here is something I would like to say. 2-3 yrs back I decided to get in shape. I had 0 knowledge about the world of fitness. I ate 3 times then snacked in between and had a “habit “ of eating at night times before bed. I turned to CZcams for fitness and should say before hand that there are many fitness youtuber gems and I thank them. Now I also stumbled upon this channel , kinobody. And it changed everything for me. Here was this guy , who had such a simplified look at fitness. Such a practical look at things. He introduced me to the concept of intermittent fasting and Greg if you are reading this , I can’t be more thankful my friend for showing me the light that is IF. Greg didn’t say to eat 6 meals a day , didn’t say that you have to eat obscene amount of protein. Didn’t say that “ you can’t enjoy life while doing fitness “ but he showed how amazing and easy and enjoyable it can be to remain in caloric deficit with IF and still eat what you like. Now we all know how the world has accepted IF and it’s benefits. Greg me be a type of guy who may come across as someone with a flair but I have always found him genuine and have never felt that he tries to push something that he don’t believe in. His physique is right on point , not too bulky and not too thin. Aesthetic wise at least for me this physique is what I look forward to. So thanks my man for the guidance , I would always be grateful.

why dont u try to distribude weight as symetrical as possible.... like put 1 smaller plate on oposite side ? its not gonna be perfect but its gonna be closer to perfect...
Some serious strength. The amount of HGH your body releases is nearly 2000% when fasted for a long time. So, I believe the strength gains can be intense. P.S. Music is annoying as hell.
my workout partner got his pecs/shoulders to grow great doing weighted dips. Got up to 180lb-10 reps @ a body weight 190 for 6ft tall. Then one day his shoulder gave and that was the end of that !
