Just found your channel. I’m loving it, keep it up!
thanks man means alot :)
how to make the neigbors hate you
That exhaust sounds awesome!
Thank god for u bro my 328i coupe needed this super bad
Thanks man, usefull video
You should do the ambient light with doors too that would be amazing
I wanted to but the kit i got didn't have enough material to do it :(
Super clean 46 👌 this helped me a ton!
Sea foam is working on pdf close 40%?
Seafoam freaking rules
Its supposed to be 1oz per every 1 gallon of gas, the e46 tanks have 16 gal capacity and the seafoam can has 16 oz soo thats 1 can per full tank!
It depends on how diluted you want the sea foam in your gas to be, I chose to have less gas in the car as I wanted the sea foam to be more concentrated as the car I have is 200000km+
Dude, whered you get that ambient lighting kit?

does doing this cleaning clog your catalytic converters? or does the carbon build up dissolve... instead of coming out in chunks and clogging the cats?
Ive heard rumors of this, im not too sure if this was the case for me
@@_mrkleineasy excuse to get aftermarket e headers
MY E46 320D DONT START IS GIVE LOW COMPREHESION
Can you show the aftermath before and after vc
Not sure what you mean
How does the work now does it work better than before I'm referring to the intake portion the first some reason now I'm getting a 420 code and these are brand new cats that I just purchased and placed inside the vehicle I have no problem with the other one just a 420 well that's clear and clean the cats as well what do you know
I've seen a ton of videos on these bmw's. Me and a buddy have owned a half dozen. Why does everyone run them on empty? Fuel light on 13 miles till e. Lol, I never let my 330i go below a half tank. Maybe some of the problems are from running it low on fuel. I'm no expert but... Keep it full!
I ran it low so the mixure of the seafoam in the fuel would be more potent, i typically dont run it that low haha
or change the fuel filter regularly.
I have a 325i 2002 with about 175k miles on it. been thinking of doing the seafoam into the air intake for a while now and thinking this video has swayed me towards doing it. at what point in this process would you change the oil? after clearing all the smoke by revving and driving for a bit?
I'm at 169k on an 04 325i and had a rip in intake book i fixed recently, looked at it through the DISA hole it's caked, imma try the spray.
Yes after the whole process is complete
if you immediately change the oil. you remove Seafoam from the oil pan - let it do its work.
You pour into the gas tank with a 1/2 tank full?
Depends how strong you want the mixture
I did that, wanted more concentrate. My car was sputtering on takeoff so I’m hoping to get good results
Have you cleaned ur maf?
yea awhile back ago, didnt notice any difference tbh
Exhaust?
just a muffler and secondary smaller resonator delete
What exhaust you got
just the 2nd resonator and muffler are deleted, rest is stock
@@_mrklein me too ! But yours doesn’t pop as much as mine ? Did you combine the exhausts into one pipe or keep the two pipes going to the back ?
@@andyhenriquez8256 i kept the 2 pipes going to the back, what setup do you have?
What is this for just white smoke?? 😅
helps clean out carbon deposits from your engine :)
Dude, are you seriously driving it that hard with a dead fuel reserve showing on your dashboard? Your high-pressure pump will die really soon. Dont even drive it like that with such a low fuel
dam i wasn't aware of that, thanks for the heads up :)
@@_mrklein no problem. If its dead low and you are pushing it too hard, the pump is sucking the fuel very fast. It needs to be submerged in the fuel non stop. Since you are accelerating really fast, the gravity is pushing that dead reserve away from the pump, in the back of the reservoir, so your pump is not taking the fuel constantly, instead its taking it with pauses, so its damaging your pump aaaand your high pressure.. Uuuummmm.... Sprinklers inside the engine.. I dont know how you call them in English. I hope you understand me :).
This beast requires fuel to be always at least on a quarter full, so when you push it too hard, the fuel system can work properly
@@noobsaibot1890 That's not how fuel pumps work. This vehicle doesn't have a high pressure fuel pump(s) fyi that's on newer direct injected turbo models and such. Engineers know your going to drive on hills or accelerate fast and all that with low fuel reserves. The tank has provisions designed for that such as baffles or a sponge like reservoir that makes sure the tank is always slurping up some fuel regardless. I never run my car low anyways but just saying high pressure fuel pumps are located usually in the engine bay on modern BMW's not in the tank that is the Low Pressure Fuel Pump and its job is exactly as described (Low Pressure Fuel). Not a mechanic here but just letting you know. The OP is nice enough to just take the "advice" with a smile and that's good on him.
why you dont change the oil dude??
I did, I mention it near the end of the video, just never recorded myself doing it.
Just use higher fuel with cleaning agents, dont do this. You're better just changing the old o2 sensors, don't wait untill they through error codes, best if you have a obd2 reader. Also, being that they are so old for some the problem would be cooked mufflers and resonators or even gaskets torn. Have fun and enjoy your cars! XD
Absolute nonsense.
Any bmw owner with common sense runs 91+ octane fuel as it is.
And why would You drop 400 dollars on o2 sensors if you can decarbonise motor and make it run mint.....like
@@dkrawk8309 We're talking about a pretty modern gasoline engine design. If you think seafoam is the solution to improper use and lack of maintenance of a car then sorry but you're dreaming. I'd recommend spending that money on good quality gasoline.
@hitom43 riiiight, good quality gasoline is going to have SOOOOO much impact on the intake valves that have hot air coming in and generate carbon build up which causes them to sieze.
Like honestly, just stop spreading your hallucinations t9 other people. Sorry
@@hitom43quality gas gets put into all these cars… and they still run like sh*t
@@theonlyxa a couple of days ago i replaced the icv on my e46. It was running like crap and i couldn't figure out. Symptoms like vacuum leak, bad spark plugs, hard engine brake or sometimes not at all. Heard a small short-circuit like noise from the area and just replaced the piece, why not (especially since it's not that expensive). Purrs like a cat, mind you there were no codes no nothing.
Short answer: these are now very old cars and pieces will probably not work as intended anymore.
E46 M3 here, really worried about using this in my car, my dad gave it to me as a birthday gift. In my mind it's better to just fix the issue, (valve adjustment, replace sensors)
Even with this vid, I feel like it's just a band-aid, and may even cause more problems
And to take a risk on replacing an S54 motor rather then a few sensors is a safer bet
Lmao, dear mother of God!
I bet that car just lost 29 fault codes, doubled its fuel economy and runs like charm
