I do not remember Carol and Tyreese having a relationship on The Walking Dead. In fact, Carol told Tyreese he could kill her after revealing that she was the one who killed his girlfriend to try to stop the flu epidemic.
Your right, I don't know where he got that from... Tyresse was in a romantic relationship with 'Karen' whom Carol killed, hence the 'forgiveness'. It's 'Daryl' that the SHIPPERS believe her to be in a relationship with. BUT as I remember it: Tyresse did not say what you said he did to her... he grabbed the table, calmed down and forgave her.
I think Tyrese was with Carol in the comics. The rest would be spoilers so I'll stop. That would be back in the beginning of the series. Still this video has it wrong since it appears to be following the show. So you're right to be pissed and confused like most.
Dolores, sorry this is a late comment but Carol did in fact tell Tyreese he could kill her. She said "Do what you have to do." or something along those lines and laid the gun on the table. He did not, of course, but Carol would have understood.
