    Thank you so much for this free pattern. I just printed it out and watched your video tutorial. Superb stitching with lots of tips and guides to make a beautiful, professional looking bag. Especially, thankful for the mention of the wide mouth sliders. I have the regular ones and made a strap for another bag, and it does not work. I thought I did something wrong. Also, on the boxed corners, I always encounter the same issue, now I know it's not me and what side to stitch from. You are truly amazing and so talented,🥰 and I appreciate that you sewed this bag on a domestic machine, since that's what I have.

    Hi Leanne. Wondering if you could advise on interfacing please? I'm planning on using a cotton and a faux suede that has a sort of soft thin cushioned back and is fairly flexible. If I use woven interfacing on the cotton only, do you think it would be ok once I add the foam, or do I need something else to structure the cotton do you think? Thanks in advance

    • @craftedbyleanne1549
      @craftedbyleanne1549  Před 2 lety

      Interfacing will be perfectly fine with the cotton, no need for anything else and the foam will give it the great structure

    • @craftedbyleanne1549

      For the flap you can just use the flap lining piece. For the bag body you will need to cut off 3/8" from where the centre seam would've been and cut on the fold or tape 2 together 😊
