As there are so many successful Company Secretaries without finance or law degree and they're doing great in this field. Persuing other degrees is a matter of choice. Hope no one is offended

Learning MCQs r not the only solution right ..u have to clear all ur concepts.. Agar concepts ache se clear h then u can easily solve any types of MCQs , no need to mug up 👍

I also have my attempt in December, but due to some disturbances I couldn't conduct myself much on studying so should I now opt for both the modules in June 23 directly or should I go on with one module in December????

As you can see how big is company law and tax law which need more conceptual clarity yes if you want to pass only the. You can take risk
