I have practiced yoga since I was 19 yo, studied for many years and became certified to teach, taught for several years, constantly studying to gain more depth and more knowledge for the practice but no one, no book, no teacher, retreat or class has ever impart information, answered all my questions or clarified the science of yoga til now. Bro Uncle Sadhguru makes all this sound very easy. Awakening Ajna to the extent he is saying would require 10-15 k hours of Ajna chakra sadhana at least. I know people who have done it and they could complete the sadhana only because of their love for their deity, desire to be liberated ( no to see the future) and that too with lot of support and blessings from their Guru.

Im sharing my experience that as a meditator myself, i always mistakenly responding to my wife because i received a word even before she mentioned it, thats happening for so long and nowadays it turn another way like, i want to eat something specific, and she will cook it as if it was her own intention, most of the times happening like that, and i told her , honey look, it seems that whatever i thought about what i want, you have done it as i wished it, but she just smirked because she was used to that,
then at some point when i alone, i realized that i have to be careful of my thought, i know hundred percent she can sense or know if i have a negative thought or anything that stress me out, that is why i always remind myself to be careful on thought...
Exactly I don't know about this procedure but Yes Predicting Future is 99.99% possible because there is a possibility to change the future so we can't know it exactly 100% .... But if you have developed or get the ability you can see the future 99.99% because possibility of change is there .... But when you know the future there comes a great responsibility that's why people who have these powers never share it and because even if they know the future there is still a possibility to change it that increases the responsibility to not reveal the future because than the results can be unexpected or dangerous .....

I saw that triangle 2 times but UNKNOWINGLY, i didn't know what was happening, that too for seconds it happnened. 1st it happened at home, second it happened when i visit the Dhaynalinga for the very first time in my Life. It was like a wave, vibration, vibrating in frequency, color was like a grey smoke and it was exact proportion what Gurudev mentioned. I can't believe now...what i saw...i was searching for the answer and i got 1.
