Hi, agree about temps, they are awesome, I can not find with rtx 3060 this model, I see only MSI GP66 Leopard but with Intel Core i7-10750H + RTX 3070.. what your thoughts about it? and it will the same temps?

Hi, how are you satisfied with the laptop built quality? Did you observe any issues, or some “annoying stuff”?
On my GP76 I hear a small “knick” on the left hinge, everytime I open the lid. Probably is nothing, but just wondering, since the hinge design is new to me, compared to typical laptops...
Otherwise looks and feels great, with amazing performance.
I am really satisfied with the laptop, one thing that bugs me are the preset options in dragoncenter. The fans are always spinning 2400rpm no matter the option i pick. Tho this is easily fixed with the user setting. But thats it. I personally don't have the click. I would let them look into that. Doesn't sound right man! Overall the laptop is amazing!

Nope! With cooler booster on its around 63 / 65 degrees on the GPU. The cpu around 65/75!

Ram: 16gb ssd:512gb intel core i7 11800h
First MSI GE 66 costs 2500 $ second gp76 cost 2400$
Point using laptop is for gaming.
I am going to use laptop at home mostly. If I go to travel somewhere of course I will use my iPad for only watching movies while I'm in airplane or train, if i play games while flying in airplane with 17 inches I may not have enough space at passengers seat and for sure battery won't be enough if I plan to play games. So about laptop I'm stuck with ge66 for only that screen has a 240hz and with ssd memory also ram memory which higher than gp76.
About GP76 main reason that stops me to buy that screen 144hz and Korean letter keyboard and of course it has a English words too on it, in addition positive side about gp76 is only 11th gen CPU but ram and ssd I can upgrade if I really choose gp76 . Sorry for my English and thank you for your attention
Does this GP76/GP66 screen have G-Sync ? though for that matter, I can't find G-Sync supported screens on any of MSI laptops with an Intel/Nvidia combo

Im using a MSI GP66 (RTX 3060 + i7-10870H) same config as yours and the temps i get when i play call of duty cold war is around 85-93c max. Please tell me how are you getting such low temps.

As far as I am aware the rog strix g17/g15 2021 versions have a 90 watt RTX 3060,so performancewise this is better, but the g17 has better RGB

Yeah 3070 will produce more fps/heat.
But it'll have in general like 5/10 fps more. It's not a big jump.

Hi, I've noticed two annoying bugs, or whatever I should call them. Wonder if you guys have them also.
1. I hear static noise coming from the speakers, even though nothing is playing. It's luckily very quiet (regardless of speaker level), so you cannot hear it unless you put ear close to speaker. This is btw with default Windows' Realtek driver.
If I install the Realtek driver 6.0.9084.1 from MSI's website, the static noise is gone, but a "pop" sound can be heard from the speakers everytime sound starts or stops (eg playing and stopping music, film, youtube etc), which is much more annoying...
I'm sure it's some sort of driver-windows issue, not a hardware problem.
2. When I use the webcam, its LED is flashing, not being solid light. Small thing, but rather annoying. I've just put a tape across the LED...
The webcam led burns steady for me when i use it. You can You can disable it tho from the dragoncentre menu.
Sound not having any issues. 😐

I saw some people also complaining about led flashing when in use. Perhaps it's different webcam firmware or something, since it cannot be changed through Windows or BIOS to be steady light...
Regarding the sound, could you tell me perhaps what Realtek driver version you have, under Device Manager->Sound,video and game controllers->Realtek->Properties->Driver?

@@species-xo4tz I have the msi and I can confirm great thermals. Only downside I find is that the fan sound is loud when gaming, in case you want to game next to your girlfriend (not going to work, I tried). Otherwise around 110fps on warzone on high settings.
