Thank you guys for the book recs!! I’m getting ready to take the ASVAB later this month and get the whole process started. Been trying to break a lot of the habits I don’t need and implement proactive ones, such as reading motivating things that’ll help keep me fired up. This podcast is a huge part of that but always looking for other avenues that’ll help, really appreciate all that you guys do!
Good luck! May I suggest the Kaplan as an book and barrons flashcards :) Kaplan book is a solid 50 bucks but it’s got so much useful info. Worse comes to work, scan the barcode on the back and use the online course at least
I know we're not a huge fan of new years resolutions here😅 but I started this year not being able to even get 2 lengths without stopping. Since January I've been in the water 3 times a week almost every week. Last week I completed my first sub 30 min mile swim. For the longest time I was embarrassed to be in the water but consistent reps has lead to results, and results has lead to confidence.
Hello I’m 29 and about to enter basic for swoe. This video helped for me to understand maturity and consistency will get me to my goal of being and operator. Any other pointers that will help me make it to my goal?
I want to be part of the Airforce/ TACP member...I saw a video you guys posted that Combat dive is no longer part of training...does that mean all aspects of the swimming segment?
It’s still part of the jobs, not part of the pipeline. And water confidence (in all tactical applications) is still very important to what we do, so yes, water confidence still part of the pipeline.
I love seeing Trent’s adorable smile every time I open CZcams
27:48 arron going UWU needs to be made into a clip followed by that Trent Segway into cardomax ad, that was Gold.
"You know who's not on timeout? Cardomax." 😂 man that little part was funny. The looks on everyone's faces.
Aaron's toupee lookin' good today.
😂

Be a good dude, put out, don’t quit. Don’t overthink it.
No hate mate! 😂
I didn’t have “trent explains uwu to the boys” on my 2023 bingo card
Well to be fair it was I (Aaron) that had to explain it to Trent. - A
@@OnesReady oh for the love of… alright, in my defense, it was really early and between incline bench sets
Aaron definitely looks like the kind of guy that knows what "UwU" means lmao.
Catching shots for no reason! I know what lots of things mean; I also know when those things are lame. 😂
This is my favorite comment 🤣🤣 -T
I keep hearing Garmins "beat yesterday"
And Aaron talks about BJJ (skip this part) was funny
Appreciate that. - A
Take my asvab in 3 days. Wish me luck yall!
Good luck! Don't suck.
@@OnesReady lol thank you!
I’ve heard a bit of talk about a discord server on your Spotify podcasts, anywhere I could find the link?

What are the most common injury-failures during the pipeline? Looking to do preemptive PT / training to mitigate injury risk.
Definitely overuse of lower extremities. Pulling a hammy, tweaking your back, shin splints etc. Skip some rope and do some yoga you'll crush it.
@@michaeldrum8369 Absolutely correct and thanks for the input!!!
First
After Aarons officers dont work comment, Aarons on time out with come sit and relax HAHA
Do you think CSAR is an O? - A
@@OnesReady 100% e4 mafia ringleader
I know 5 fat people and I'm 4 of them.
“I got 99 problems and I’m 99 of them.” Same energy
Free fittey free...lmao..
