Yes to the second wave of body changes! Especially as a woman I think preparing for pregnancy and adjusting is a big thing and totally normal. Also the montage was amazing 🫶🏽 and made me so happy
The second puberty is totally a thing! I think around 21-23 is super common, a lot of my college friends went through this (me included) haha
My husbands dad foot grew 2 sizes while he was at college. I think he’s a size 15? Lol
I never realized that your body still changes in your early twenties. I went through the same thing a couple years ago. I was on a trip and started crying cause my pants wouldn't fit me lol it was in the moment that I realized I finally had hips and wasn't just a stick figure anymore. It definitely takes a second to wrap your head around what's going on.
YES to the body changes! My thighs, hips, and chest grew in my early twenties & now in my mid-twenties, my body is growing again and I was completely unprepared 🥴 I love how calming and relatable your videos are 💛

Second puberty can totally happen especially with the help of birth control! There’s nothing wrong with it! It also probably means you’ve gained muscle at the gym.

Im 26 almost 27 and yes body changes still happen in your 20s!!! It's It's common and completely normal! Also in your previous videos you did mention you were on BC which can affect body weight which happened to me too and it's normal and nothing to really worry about, love your decor btw!
I started volunteering at my church’s community garden and I recently learned that if you put a trellis by your cucumber plant it will grow upward instead of spreading out!
