That very first car almost lined up perfectly for the landing barge. Wreckmeister seems to have convinced another deputy to man one of his spare cars for an important arrest. The target vehicle? I'm guessing it was the little car with the big, single tractor wheel on the back.

McRoll finally managed to escape his welded jail cell, stole two of Ziggy's police Maluchs, and took them to Poland, where he and two AI bots set up a roadblock near a railroad crossing. McRoll was sure he could get away with this without any interference from the others. However, someone didn't get the memo... and that was Ziggy. He was so incensed that he and Petrolhead loaded up a tour bus, teleported it to Poland, and destroyed the roadblock. After Petrolhead deactivated the bots with Chuck Norris roundhouse kicks, Ziggy knocked McRoll out with a Tombstone Piledriver. McRoll was then taken back to BeamNG Land and jailed yet again.
