I'm interested in building a gaming PC so I too can play BeamNG like this and future-proof my experience. I'm considering building your exact setup part by part, given that my budget approves of it. Hope this will work out fine!
Best of luck! Feel free to mimic mine if you'd like. Just note that mine is a few years old at this point but still runs the game fine. It also means that it should cost less now too. AMD will be releasing their newest Ryzen processors later this year which I'm thinking of upgrading to. If you wanted to hold out for those, it will give you the latest and greatest but for more $$$. By the way, if you're going to spend money on something, make it the CPU (rather than GPU) as that's the most important thing for BeamNG (due to required physics calculations). Here's a good tool to use for building and costing a new PC: pcpartpicker.com/
*idea* if you want to make a big crowd just press and f and tab and I think you will have a big crowd of snowmen (beamng offical) or dummy ragdoll ( beamng mod) *like always amazing video :D*
