Coffee is self-ground from a blend of Robusta and Arabica coffee beans. Their coffee is rich in flavour with aromatic depth.

The typical Kaya and butter toast bread is also served at Tong Ah. A set comes with 2 half boiled eggs, toast, together with coffee or tea. Tong Ah serves their breakfast menu from 7am all the way till 9pm.
Zi Char is offered at this coffeeshop from 11am. Some of the specialties include Pig Trotter Fried Bee Hoon, Claypot Chicken, Homemade Tofu and Assam Fish Head.

Aaaahhhh! mix with light, medium and dark coffee beans, awesome! I roast my own organic Colombia green coffee beans. I prefer to mix medium light and medium dark coffee beans. Can't taste the acidic flavor in dark coffee beans. Enjoy your video!
