What they are hoping for, I believe, is that the presence of the Kenyans will bring stability, order and security. It's hard to create an economy if you have to deal with thugs who dismantle things. Job creators will not and cannot survive in a place where there is no security. That is what the people on this video were saying. Time will tell in short order.
