To withstand we need prayer , fasting , and renunciation to escape from all these and to appear before son of Man to rule with him.
We have no goodness of our own . With out grace of God we will degrade even to level of devil . So we require constant prayer to overcome power of Devil. Pray to Jesus to use us for salvation of our co-beings
Fasting gives power to overcome temptation of worldly pleasures . Do fasting at least once a week .
Renunciation is deposit in heaven . Forsake , what world offers, for eternal life of all. Use some time to pray for eternity of all .
In some years there will be great troubles . Only few remain , sinners die in their sin . Nobody can withstand wrath of God which is invoked by our Iniquities.

I think the speeches of father is not worth listening. There is no considerable improvement in the spiritual point of view. Almost all your speeches are same before twenty or thirty years. Father has to experience jesus christ more closely.
