Thought I'd upload my experiences learnt while installing the Ultinon Pro 9000 LED bulb from Philips in my Polo 6R with Dual Barrel Halogen Headlights from the factory. The bulb spec for Polo is H7. I've tried to go in depth as to how a bulb is to be replaced in the Polo 6R, and have shown the beam performance in a few driving samples.
You can read about my Polo and all upgrades here :-

Tried to document my experiences while upgrading the stock Halogen bulb to a Philips LED bulb in the Polo 6R. Would have loved to do a few more tests, but lockdowns didn't help. Skip to 12:00 for a fun surprise!
Can't wait for installation video on this one
HI Sujoy. that was a great video. Would you be able to tell me if this LED bulb would work on a VW caddy 2017. I believe it is a reflector type. thanks
@@garethloughran6408 Hi thanks! Please check your manual and see the bulb spec of the Caddy. This bulb is offered in multiple connector options, H7, H4 etc. Find the one that suits the Caddy and it should be fine
The cutoff is exactly what it should be like as the original halogen bulb particular in a non projector as known as the reflector headlamp!😊 I hate when people run LEDs in reflector and don’t know how to properly install the bulb or don’t know how to properly aim the alignment by deliberately dazzling other road uses!😊 great video!
Yes that is true, the cut-off is very close to the stock halogen, making this a great bulb to recommend.
@@SujoyShivde those Philips LED bulbs are so expensive but it’s well worth it. Hope it passed the MOT with those!?!
@davidriley9194 they don't have formal MOTs in India, but I'm sure they might not pass anyway. These were just installed as a test, and later replaced with another headlight assembly with a built in projector.

Dear Sujoy,
I think this is the best video i have seen so far from Indian channels on LED installation. Especially your insight on beam alignment, comparison of halogen vs LED beam output. Thank you.
Glad you liked it sir
Very nicely done video. I referred this to video to replace the halogen bulbs with LED bulbs on my Polo. I also managed to get the assembling right in the first place.
Awesome!
Thank you Sujoy, Mecanic really confused me for installing led need to buy 2015 headlights which fits Single LED for low & High beam, but came across this video which is gave me idea that in my present 2 bulb set up i can instal LED really great job, this helped me I think this will help every one
Yes that is correct. You can easily install an LED H7 bulb with a suitable ring
I can see how much work has gone into this video awsome man keep it up hats off to your dedication man🔥
Thanks!
Thank you so much man. I was looking for a video for instructions to install a reliable LED setup on my 2021 Polo.

It worked out ?
Attention to detail. Great work, bro 👌
Thanks man!
Amazing video man! well edited and super helpful 👍
Glad you liked it
Thanks for detailed explanation man, It really helped me with this retrofit.
Glad you found this useful!
I've tried a lot of types of LEDs and these are the best in terms of light colour, output and cut-off (100% the same as original halogens). Worth the hefty price for my Toyota Yaris.
Yes it's a good bulb
Now i really want you to adjust my headlights ❤😂
Haha sure!
What a great and informative video
That surprise was mind-numbing tho!
Good to see a video after so long 🙂

Please upload a awesome video like this one for your current Bi-Xenon setup. I would like try those Bi-xenon setup myself on my Polo GT, hence it would be really helpfull if you share enough details on same. I believe that every Polo owners will feel to upgrade their headlight setup somwhere down the timeline.
Sure, will try and work on it. There are some technical things pending, after which I can complete a detailed video on these Bixenon Headlights.
I have been waiting 8 months for the bixenon video lol. There is a company called German DNA in my town ,they charge a bomb for these things. Im not sure if im willing to spend that much.
@@mi2un206 I don't like to make half baked videos, which is why I haven't put out a detailed video on the OE Bixenon Headlights yet. A few weeks back, I completed some more wiring related to them, but still, I am yet to finish installing of a key component for its perfect working. If all goes well, I will upload it by end of December. That being said, these headlights sadly are expensive in new condition
Thanks for the video, nice work!
Glad you liked it
Great information 👍 You are doing an exceptional job man...keep it up 👏👏👏 It would be great if you share your bixenon lights experience 😊
I would love to share them with you, but I need to perfect the Bixenons by installing an Auto-Level sensor on the rear axle. I hope to complete it by September and then I will update my TeamBHP thread and possibly make a video on it too! But long story short, great light upgrade, slightly looks outdated because of the new gen LED on today's cars, but the throw is really good
Good knowledge presented very well! Great video!
Thank you
what an amazing video. beautifully described.
Thanks!
i have actually kept the original halogen in my Ameo for low beams. i have changes the high beams to led bulb for highway usage.in city i feel like VW halogens are just fine. no need to upgrade low beams halogen in city usage. these lights are also similar to projectors. very nice beam pattern
Hi , Can i get link for bulb and ring for ameo .
I have tried multiple LED and HID on my Vento with double barrel headlights. Philips, Osram and other cult brands are just brand equity popular; lastly, I switched to Exilite from DH Lightning (who are OE manufacturers for Korean cars). I have installed 55W HID on low beam and 45W LED on high beam (HID is incompatible with stoking Flash Light). It's the best combination I can acknowledge after wasting thousand of Rupees on bulb swapping. No regrets. Excilite has no pomp advertising and marketing on any platform but performance and longevity next to none. Give it a try.
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I'll definitely have a look at the bulbs you recommended. Service centres in most towns have created lots of warranty trouble for folks who have switched to HIDs in reflector housings. Light output of HIDs is no doubt strong, but quite a lot of HIDs are notorious for heating of reflector bowls and causing yellowing of Headlamp lenses with time. I'm using a pair of OEM Bixenon headlights now, if you had a look at the last chapter marked on the video, and they're one of the strongest lights ever designed for the Polo 6R platform.
@@SujoyShivde Indeed you're right on the discolouration of the headlight assembly. Please share the video or write-up link of the Bi-Xenon installation on your VW Polo.
Sure! Will try to upload the installation in a few weeks.
@@karthik_k.j do even 35w cause yellowing and reflector bowl problems.

Amazing video brother 🚗

Amazing. Everyone can benefit from step-by-step instructions. You did it, I believe, for the low beams. Could you kindly confirm the Pro9000's high-beam performance in your POLO Dual barrel? On your advice, I obviously wanted to replace to my Vento bulbs on low and high.
I don't have access to this headlight assembly, since I sold it a few months back. The high beam performance was also just as good, except the overall bulb struggled in moderately heavy rain. If it rains a lot in your region of driving, I'd suggest finding an LED with about 4300-4800K of colour temperature. That would be a stellar performance, provided it manages the same high quality beam pattern.
@@SujoyShivde Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Yes, as you stated, a colour temperature of less than 4800K is advisable on HB. I'm searching for advice from experts like you because I had a horrible experience using LEDs on high-beam reflectors. Please provide me the information if any of your friends have had any experience with LEDs on High Beam (H7).
@@akilaravi1 I'd advise you to try higher wattage 80W halogens with a relay. It should perform well

Hi @sujoy Shivde and @Avinash, I also used the same procedures and everything is fine except my fog lamp led bulb replacement shown error by braking the 15Amp fuse multiple times😢. First time I used it for 2months and it performed well but one day suddenly it break the fuse which also leads to dis functionality for reverse parking camera and parking sensor too🙁. When I went to VW showroom they said to replace the led and maintain halogen for Fog lamp but one technician said to me unofficially to put the led bulb on fog lamp with Rely or get to an electrician in which he can make it clear🤔.. If u don’t mind will u please provide some suggestion how to maintain LED replacement in fog lamp.. I used a H11 holder led replacement for fog lamp unit and it perfectly fit in that holder.. Can anyone please give me suggestion what to do Sujoy bro and Avinash bro😊?..

These LED are one of the best retrofit option but cost is on expensive side. LED are good for high beams as they flash instantly. If you have projector setup for low beams then always go for the 4300k HID they are gem in all the conditions
Great advice. The price of these has been slashed and now they're about 10k a pair, while originally they were close to 18k a pair. Projector setup and 4300K as you said is the ultimate combo. I wanted a slightly whiter beam, so chose 5000K Philips for my OEM Bixenon setup, but otherwise, 4300K was my first choice.
@Sujoy Shivde I'm using 5000k 55W canbus HID for low beam projector and 6000k 100W F5 LED for high beam reflectors. Plus to boost these setup I'm using Baja designs Squadron pro as a aux lights for off road usage only. It lit up the entire road almost 700 to 1km

However it’s keep happing . Recently again I requested change base settings. Also Techniacin said up to 3rd base settings reset can solve the issue ( appropriate gear vs speed by quick downshifting ) and after 3rd gear he has to do coding while driving. But not sure . I have a feeling this had got to do with the 1.0 TSI ECU Remap that the dealership does as part of the 1.0 TSI Campaign. Maybe that has made the car feel a little more sluggish than it used to be.
@@SujoyShivde so basically we need to got service dealer who has TSI ECU Remap ability
@@kvrhifi No. VW will never remap your car back to normal to give you the performance. You will have to find an aftermarket garage or tuner who will remap your car. Sadly, this voids the warranty.

Excellent video. I've ordered H7's for high beams and HB4's for fog lights on my E90. I'm super curious whether these will work on lower voltages, since I run high beams as DRL's as well.

Hello there Sujoy .what is that you used to drill the holes on the metal adapter . I see that you used some kind of spherical measurement instrument.
Hey, I've shown a few types of different headlight adapters. I didn't have to drill any holes once I found the right adapter. I've linked one such in the description
How much did you spend on that surprise?
Hello , your video helped me to change. My AMEO’s bulb . But while fixing back the headlights I broke one of the headlights plastic tabs ,any solution how to fix that ?
If you mean the mounting tabs, VW also sells repair kits, but you can also plastic weld them back in place.
I just wanted to clarify again. The cornering lamps do not work on my polo highline plus manual right??? My cornering lamps do work when using the indicators only. Got VCDS tweaks done and the cornering lamps couldn't be activated.
Automatic enabling of Cornering Lights with Steering input needs a steering angle sensor which is only present on Automatic cars. Hope this helps.
Hi Sujoy, I have a Rapid it got the factory fitted projector, I am not satisfied with the visiblty on night drive on highways.. Wat would you suggest to change the bulbs to led or hid without changing the factory fitted projector.
Yes. You can consider a Bulb Upgrade. Use an HID or an LED, but make sure it's not a cool temperature light. Try and find 4300K bulbs.
In which position should this led be placed....? Like does the white part (where led is located )should face upward or downward
If you look at the small stem on the base of the holder, the base should be installed just as the halogen base was. Some low and high beam reflector bowls are inverted in design, so it might look as if the low beam has the LED white cut edge upwards while for low beam it could be downwards. So align it with respect to your halogen bulb. Hope this helps
Good video
Thanks!
I have Polo 2018 November 1.0 MPI Comfortline. Is it H4 or H7? And if I want LED in both high and low beam how’s that possible? It’s completely stock right now!
It should mostly be a Dual H7. Similar procedure for LED High Beam
Thank you very much for the video, can you please tell me the car did not give an error on the bulbs? I want to install these bulbs in my Volkswagen B6 and I read that I need to buy an additional module that will block the error on the dashboard (emulate a light bulb).
Hi, this model is advertised to have an In-built CANBUS and so the bulbs should not throw an error. If your B6 throws an error, you can possibly code out the Bulb Out error from Lamp Diagnostics. This is possible on a few VW cars with a tool called VCDS.
Brother what's the difference between this and philips ultinon pro 9000 h4 ( double the cost of osram ). Does that do any better? Mine is a 2022 i20 sportz
This video is about the H7 variant of the bulb. The H4 should be similar but with an H4 connector
Thanks for the great video! I have two questions! Is your car canbus? if yes, do you install canbus system to Bulb? Also, can i install these Bulb at high beam light without modification? Thanks in advance!
My car headlight system did not have CANBUS compliance. If your car requires a CANBUS Bulb, then you don't really need to do anything special. Just find a bulb which advertises to have CANBUS compliance. These bulbs have circuitry which does not result in bulb out errors on your car dashboard. You can also install these on the high beam, but again, please note LED retrofits in a reflector housing are not road legal in many countries.
Bhai what's the price of this new bulb?
Is using HID in low beam better than LED ?. I already have led on high beam. But I'm confused abt the low beam light.
No an HID is not recommended in a reflector
Nice.
Hi, superb. Very good content. Simple and crisp. Would this work and give similar result on scorpio N
Thank you sir. Yes, in principle, it should be similar on your Scorpio if it has a similar bowl design.
Hi-there are 3 bulbs in the unit right-one for the low beam, high beam and the third one for?? also the upper and dipper lights are H7 right ? and the smaller light bulb is of what type?-Thanks
Yes, two H7 high and low beams, and a small parking light W5W type bulb.

where did you get the socket with positive and nigative ? 7:00
I don't think I fully understand your question, but for a Halogen it doesn't matter. For an LED, the polarity matters and so I had to remember the polarity and install it accordingly.
The connector ring is lose for my Slavia H7 osram bulb. What should I do?
Sorry, I haven't seen a Slavia's headlight assembly. But typically, the ring has two mounting points which are held down by two screws. Could you share photos via Instagram or email? Would help me understand the exact issue better
Hey Sujoy,
I have a question about LED wattage. My dad has a Tata Safari that comes standard with a 25W low beam D5S HID (which is fine in terms of brightness). However, the rest of the lights are OEM halogen, and they are terrible for a car of this size.
I'm considering upgrading to LEDs, but the problem is that the exact wattages aren't readily available. The high beam is a standard 55W halogen, but I haven't seen any LEDs in that wattage. The same goes for the fog lights, which are 19W halogens but don't have an exact LED equivalent. I've only found 25W, 30W, and 50W options, which are quite expensive.
My concern is whether using a 25W LED in a 19W socket will cause any problems with the harness, battery load, car unit, or even generate heat and potentially lead to a fire hazard. Similarly, can I use a 50W LED instead of a 55W halogen bulb for the high beam?
Great set of questions. Say the halogen bulb is rated 12V/55W, you can safely replace it with an LED up to 55W but typically most LEDs will draw a lot less than 55W, since the power ratings on these bulbs can be a little misleading.
About compatibility, there can be two kings of issues. On cars with modern electronics, the headlights are canbus controlled or canbus connected, and so changing the type of bulb, for instance, switching from halogen to LED may result in the change in the resistance and hence might throw up errors on the dash.
Say can bus errors are not an issue, then the only thing that you want to make sure is that you do not overlord the circuit and wires with a bulb of higher wattage.
Also, something I forgot to add, the Ultinon Pro 9000 have a claimed wattage of 15W. So, the wattage is a lot lesser than a stock equivalent halogen, this is just how LEDs are. Try to identify the actual power rating of the LED.
Excellent video !
I have a vento TSI highline 2021 , i wanted to upgrade to LED , ordered nighteye LED H7 bulbs from Amazon along with the LED holder as you used in the video.
I want to Install it for low as well as high beam, will the process be same for the high beam as well?
And how would be the performance for LED in high beam ?
Thank you !
Yes the process is similar. High Beam and Low Beam holders are inverted. You will notice this if you look closely. So the bulb will fit 180° in the High Beam vs the Low Beam. Hope this helps. I'd suggest you to find LED bulbs with 4300K temperatures. They'll fare better in most conditions.
@@SujoyShivde Thank you buddy
Great video! Is the "cutout" in the LED supposed to be orientated up or down in the light housing?
It should make the halogen filament. If you've gotten it then right way, check your beam on a wall.
Kya vento ki headlight ka koi acha option ha? I am unable to find any option for it.
A Vento has pretty much the same procedure and similar bulbs to consider. But I don't think you'll be fully happy with the performance, especially in rains.
Should I replace the dim full bulbs from stock to led too for my vento ?
You can, buy choose warm LED bulbs.
Hi Sujoy
You mentioned them not performing well in the rain… Could you kindly elaborate on that?
Cool colour temperature LEDs don't do well in heavy rains. Since this is 5800K, it doesn't fare that well in rains since 5800 is close to white light.
Hi Sujoy, Can you please tell me which is the safest way to route a cable from Engine bay to Cabin in 2021 model POLO? I need to get the cable till 12V DC socket inside cabin. Please share specific location details. Thank You
Hi, what is it that you wish to install? Depending on what you want to install, you wouldn't have to route it all the way from the engine bay to the cabin. Is yours at AT or an MT?
@@SujoyShivde It's 1.0 TSI HL+ Manual. I am installing a additional light which has 12V socket adapter. Its plug & play type.
You can properly install it from the fusebox which has spare slots within the engine bay itself. That is an option. The second option is wiring it inside the car. On a Manual, you can pass the wire from the grommet under the wiper plastic shroud. It enters the car behind the passenger glovebox and then you can route it ahead. For a light which is outside, I don't think you should venture inside to the cabin but you should wire it outside properly with a fuse and call it a day :)
@@SujoyShivde Thanks a lot for your suggestions! Much appreciated.
In picture you showed different connector, in Link different type connector. Please reply... Thanks in advance
Have replied on Instagram!
Hi Sujoy, I've read your thread on team-bhp and watched your videos a few times too. Thanks lot for making this. On moving to time frame 12:00 i see that you've upgraded the headlights assembly. I believe, i've got the exact same ones too but i upgraded to them from the showroom itself when i got delivery of the car in 2017. Last week, one of the headlight unit started to fill up with water, after a drive in the rain and i've send them to get resealed. They used to fog up almost every time during a long drive but it went away after a few hours. If you could make a video on how you put in the philips led on the new headlight assembly that would be super helpful. I just started looking into how to change them by myself once them come back fixed. When you upgraded the bulbs in this new (after market) headlight assembly, did you have any issue ( adapter ring (durvient)) with fitting the philips led on them? or was it an easy plug and play unlike the oem ones?
So if you have an OEM Bixenon headlamp like my car, then the H7 Cornering Light Holder on that headlight does not require a bulb ring that we needed to use on the Stock Halogen assembly. Hope this helps. If you still require some photos, please let me know by email, on fluidicjoy@gmail.com, I'd be happy to share some more installation pictures with you
@@SujoyShivde Got it. Thanks for the reply Sujoy. It would give me more confidence to do it myself if i could see some pictures too. Will send you a mail. Again, thank you so much.

H7 and what ? H1 or h3 ?
And thank you a lot 🙏
Hi, could you check on Power bulbs UK. They'll have a good fitment guide for your car.
Do we have to place led in vertical position or horizontal
It depends on the design of your reflector bowl. It should match the halogen filaments original position.
Can anyone please tell, is Phillips 9000 Pro better than Nighteye (not keeping in mind the price gap between them). I've been using Nighteye in a reflector based housing for nearly 2 years and have found their performance a bit down now. Should I upgrade to Phillips?
Check your beam pattern on the wall and see if it aligns well. Nighteye is also a reputed bright bulb, maybe the alignment is off.
@@SujoyShivde OK brother. Thanks for reply😊
Hi bro, before aligning the toothed wheels what is the position of headlight leveler inside car is it at 0 or higher value?
Hi Harish, the headlight leveler will only raise the beam height of both sides low beams depending on the weight loading of your car. Ideally, I'd leave it on 0 if you're getting out of the car, and then adjust the gears on the headlight leveler assembly to adjust the beam pattern. The beam pattern should hit the mark exactly where the center of the headlight is, at a rough distance of 20 feet or so. There are some incredible videos on this. Once you tune the beam this way, the same beam distribution should also work on 0 as well as 1, 2 depending on the vehicle load.
@@SujoyShivdeThanks for the reply. As per my knowledge leveler at 0 means light throw is max and higher value means light throw is minimum. my doubt is if we tune the gears on the headlight keeping the leveler at 0, then after tuning how can we increase the light throw? Because we tuned the gears keeping the leveler at 0. Please do reply back, thanks ❤️
@HarishCh548 that is correct. You will keep Leveller on 0 when car is lightly loaded, typically 1 passenger or so. When the car sags due to being loaded, you will increase the value on the gear so that the beam is lowered and does not aim onto oncoming traffic. The gears on the headlight are to adjust the nominal beam height and horizontal spread. This calibration is only meant to be performed at about 15-20 feet. This calibration helps ensure the beam and cutoff is aligned correctly. Once you calibrate it by making suitable markings on a wall, you aren't supposed to touch it again. There are lots of good videos which speak about Halogen headlight beam alignment and cutoff. The factory will do this for you when the car is new, and eventually the adjustment might go off due to bad roads, car repair work, headlight removal etc, and hence it is necessary to do this again. To adjust the beam later, you can only rely on the Beam Leveller switch in the car cabin. Sadly, that's all that is possible on this platform
@@SujoyShivdeThanks for the clear explanation. One last question, do we need to align the high beams also? Or just aligning the low beams does everything.
Bro my beam leveller is not working after installing the LED lights in my vento . What could be the reason?
Please check your Headlight Connector, and see if you can hear the motor running when the leveller is being operated. If the bulb has been installed without any damage or dislocation to any headlight bowls, there shouldn't be any difference or problem with the Headlight Leveller. If the motor isn't running, check the Headlight Leveller fuse once.
@@SujoyShivde it’s working now . thanks
hey if i installed other bulbs like crystal eye or aozoom will it affect the warranty of the car ? i was just little concerned about that.
If you tap any wires or have a bulb that is not perfectly plug and play depending on your dealers decision he may invoke warranty for either electronics or headlight assembly
So if it is perfectly a plug and play bulb then it won’t be an issue right or should we even check the voltage? Is it same in the case of a horn, which horn do you use ?
I use an OEM Dual Tone horn setup, no issues whatsoever. Perfectly plug and play.
very informative video. Can I replace the older 2013 Highline TDI headlight assembly with the double-barrel ones? is it plug and play. ?
Yes you can convert single to dual barrel headlights. Many sellers now sell a converter adapter making it plug and play
@@SujoyShivde Thanks a lot. I searched but couldn't get the adapter. Could you please share the link? Help is much appreciated .
@@EyeSurgeryWithPraveen can you please send me an email on fluidicjoy@gmail.com or get in touch via Instagram. I will share plenty of sources who can give you the harness you need.
@@SujoyShivde sure will do that, Thanks
You did the BCM max upgrade aswell along with the OEM bixenon ?
Yup
@@SujoyShivde fuck the led upgrade, what we need is the tutorial on bixenon upgrade or where you got these from, how much did it cost.... Awesome videos bud, keep em coming n thanks for sharing them with us
@@id01897 will work on it soon. Might update my TeamBHP thread before that.
@@SujoyShivde oh, a fellow bhpian you are, nice mate!
nice video, but also explain to those sheep that you radiate an annoyingly bright light over the oncoming traffic and that you have to lower the headlights height yourself because those people who buy those lamps are not very smart
Hahaha, true that!
What is the wattage brother?
I am planning to put it in nexon projectors
Will check and get back. They were less than 55W that's for sure. If I remember correctly, they are around 35W ,but will try and confirm again
How does this led bulbs perform in thick fog?
Cooler lights like these don't fare well in fog. This is true for even most OEM LED lighting systems. Consider halogens with a warmer yellower tint for those applications.
Sir, will the Ultinon Pro 9000 fit the Creta 2022 ?
Please check your Creta's bulb holder type. This bulb is available in a few different bulb types.
Do both high beam and low beam use the h7 size bulb?
Yes they do
@@SujoyShivde thanks, I've gotten a 1.5 tdi highline plus polo.
@angelesc2033 if it's the Highline+ without factory LED headlights, and if the headlamp is a dual barrel halogen, they should both be H7s.
Bro how to properly align beam pattern?
Hi, there's two kinds of beam alignments. The first is aligning the actual LED bulb chipset which has been touched upon in the video. The LED chip should be facing sideways but it depends on the manufacturer. The second type of beam adjustment is linked in the description. It's a very thorough video. Hope this helps.
Great video as always bro!
Will I lose my warranty if I make this modification to my Polo GT?
No you shouldn't, it's a straightforward bulb upgrade
@@SujoyShivde Thanks Bro, Is this the H7 model?
@@abinavramesh001 Yes it is an H7 LED bulb.
is it advisable to change even the fog lamps to these leds'? i am gonna be changing the low n high beams to these.
You can change to LED fog lamps, but the colour temperature shouldn't be cool for them to be safe as Fog replacements. Warm fog lights of yellowish beam colour are safe.
@@SujoyShivde like the fog lamps are always on. So, if i keep it yellow, won't the white beam from these leds get disturbed?
@@SujoyShivde also, you told that the brightness of these in projector wasn't good enough. So, could i place hids in the projectors? If so, is there lifespan less than leds?
Fog lamps are not meant to be always on. A perfectly calibrated fog lamp will throw it's beam pattern below the low been cutoff. So there is no disturbance.
@@SujoyShivde oh thankyou very much
Hey Bro, Where did you source the wiring harnesses for the Bi-Xenons?
What kind of harness are you looking for? There are a few kinds depending on what kind of Bixenon Installation you wish to do. With BCM Max and with AFS, without BCM without AFS etc.
@@SujoyShivde The Bi-xenons with AFS
@@nithishsabapathi1468 I made the headlight harness for AFS myself. There are a few expensive kits on eBay if you would rather have them readymade. What vehicle do you wish to install them on? Since, AFS and Bixenons both require BCM Adaptation for factory functionality. If you wish to bypass that, then there are a few emulators and I've tried one such in the past
Wow, thats great. I thought those harnesses are difficult to make when i saw the ELSA diagrams. Mine is an Ameo TDI and I've been searching for a BCM upgrade as i wish to have the factory functions. Any sources for the connectors?
BTW. Awesome content man, Keep rocking!
@@nithishsabapathi1468 Your car most likely has a 87 BCM. It's not plug and play to swap to BCM 89 or even BCM Max. Needs quite a lot of rewiring to drive power to the BCM and subsequently to pair them to the factory RLS. It will most certainly take your warranty away, if there is 😬
Hi, which led should i use for fog light ?
Use warm temperature LEDs, they should be great
Can you tell me LED bulb type ? Buying link also
my Beam is Miss Aligned, can u help me how to Make High beam left right , as there is only One Screw.
On this car high beam is designed to only be adjusted for height. Sideway adjustment is not possible I think.
@@SujoyShivde update form my side , its possible and i did it

Hey bro I had bought these led and adapter ring (durvient) but ring was too loose to fit in led
Not sure about what ring Durvient is selling now but if the ring is coming off, considering using some glue between the plastic and metal ring. We can connect over Instagram if you have pictures of the issue
@@SujoyShivde thanks bro for replying, can u please tell me which adapter ring u have used
@@vickysharma6055 I modified a Philips connector ring but many others I know used a Durvient ring and were able to do a decent install
Yeah I have also facing the same issue . (Durvient) H7 adaptor ring which you have mentioned link is very loose to fit in LED.
Wow great I liked that clip trick, but can we insert round clip instead of that or if that OK?
Hey, sorry I'm not able to understand what round clip you're referring to. Let me know your query again please.
Actually that clip is a holder which is inserted in the bulb its a round shaped
My question was that, can we insert it without the holder (clip).
@@deltagamer5805 On any other car yes. On the Indian Polo, the H7 bulb also requires the Circular Metal ring, so any LED bulb will also require it. The ring is the bit which locks the bulb in the headlight barrel.
Hmm ok, thanks bro... Btw i also have a german car its rapid
Bro which speedometer you are using please reply
It's a GTI Maxidot Cluster
@@SujoyShivde how much bro nd from where you got it?

Yes
Hi from where to buy Philips led??
Amazon India.
When I use the high beam on expressways, I don't feel that those are good. Contrary to the amazing low beam clarity.
Yes, the Low Beam is spread well, High-Beams are quite useless
