Literally the VOLVO B9TL is definitely top 3 or top 5 best buses EVER MADE!!! I’m annoyed that when First sold out to Go Ahead they sold this fleet too as usually these would have been cascaded to south uk depots and my current depot has many of these but the 07/57/08/58 plates were the best after that the eco box came in and ruined all the fun even though they still drive great They definitely change gear too fast now I’m sure Go Ahead will sell these in the next year or so and get horrible E400 mmcs as go ahead management told me they want a whole fleet of Dennis/ADL as it’s better for parts management and training engineers also as much as I love these they do have SO MANY ecu faults daily I’m torn between which is better a Scania N230 or a Volvo B9tl Shame this driver has no idea how to use the superior ZF gearbox he’s just flooring it it’s a lot faster if you know how to change up gears faster
This Gemini 1 b9tl was built in 2007 after the production of the Gemini 1 b7tl stopped.this version was built up until 2009 when the Gemini 2 b9tl took over then. Hope this helps
