I’ve been searching for photos of this game for years!! I played it on the older kids Sega CD when I went to my moms friends house with her. Sat in the basement playing this for hours.

I loved this game back in the 90's and still do! I played it so much that I could finish it on hard, which had no prompts at all. The theme song is awesome! Still gives me chills hearing it. They need to bring back games like this! Why isn't there a Sega CD collection for modern consoles? People born after the 90's are missing out lol!

Ah man I wish I'd gotten my hands on this back in the day, I would have loved this.
My "rich kid" friend lent it to me (along with the mega-cd and pretty much all the games on it) for a week after he got bored. Road avenger was the only one feeling like arcade at home.
The Soundtrack is amazing but in low Quality and Special composed by Motoi Sakuraba!! We Need a a OST Relase from this!!And the game was remastered in Binaural too from Wolfteam, his was awesome in the 90s!!!

That final stage is an absolute bitch...
But DAMN, it feels so good when you finally beat it!
And it's more annoying on Hard Mode, as in that difficulty, you don't get the prompts on what button to press, and you have to time it just right.
I never did, it pisses me off to this day
