Me too. I am sad because it seems that he wanted for the first time, to start a NEW life. I heard him talking about having a wife and children last year. And at the same time I feel released, peaceful for him ... because he has been suffering so much all his life, like he mentioned himself. You wanted just take him into your arms in a rocking chair...

Almost 30 years later and their conversations are relevant and their clothes still is too! Everything about these friends makes every generation feel like this is a show just for them! It doesn’t even seem like this was made so long ago!

My fav scene is when they cut to the prom scene and Ross and Monica's Dad was filming. When Rachel's date didn't show up and Ross quickly got ready to escort her only to find her date showed up at the last minute. Cut to present day Friends, watching the video of this. When Rachel got up and walked toward Ross and kissed him was one of the top 3 highlights of the whole series for me

It just didn't register at first, I still watch all the reruns and it hit me. Such a talented, kind man. How they ever were able to hire the perfect 6 people. They were all truly friends, with respect and the love that is so rare. There will never be another Friends!! Or another Matthew Perry.
They hired them all and the first thing they had them do was to go to Vegas, even before they started taping. They wanted the cast to get to know each other.
Also, David Schwimmer was the one that said they should all stick together as far as salaries and they all agreed that one cast member was no more of a star than the others. So that helped too, I believe and by the last 2 seasons or so, they were all getting 1million per episode!

Yep, all of the other 5 stuck by Matt LeBlanc by striking from making anymore episodes till Matt was given the same 1 Million Dollars per episode they were all given.
Why the studio only left LeBlanc out of the per episode raise the entire rest of the cast was each individually given was a mystery to all of them.
I was so glad to hear that all of them stood up to the studio until Matt was given equal treatment to what all of the other main cast members recieved.
@@julietteoscaralphanovember2223 you know, ironically, Matty was the last actor to be cast as Chandler bc he was under contract with another movie and couldn't get out of it. Someone else almost had the part, but he didn't accept it and Matty got lucky that he could accept it bc his movie got postponed or didn't make it or something.... I can't remember, LoL. 😂😂😂 Thank God Matty got the part....He WAS Chandler! Rest easy "friend." 🙏🙏🙏💔💔💔🕊️🕊️🕊️Thanks for all the laughs! 😂😂😂

Nothing beats this show imo. Yes, whilst there are funny shows that are good, nome of them have been able to match the bond these characters have, their true friendship, the humour and how deeply connected we felt to each and every one of them. Will always be my comfort show and I've watched each episode at least 10 times. It's no surprise why this was show was, and still is very loved to this day ❤️

This show went beyond a lot of boundaries. I’m African, Zimbabwean but these guys felt like my true friends as well. They were my comfort in new places during different times, I remember watching Friends for comfort in a new country in a big city the first night on the floor because I hadn’t managed to move in time to purchase a bed , it was during Covid and strict lockdown was on, gunshots and police dogs could be heard from my apartment. Watching Friends was my comfort, my friends, my family.l during that difficult time. Friends is without a doubt a true work of art with a hint of magic.

I don't think if any other cast member died, there would be this much grief. People would be shocked if it was Jennifer, but for some reason people are really crushed about Matthew Perry, and I think it exposes that he might've been the most popular character on the show? He was my favorite.

I've always thought Phoebe was tough as s***, as a mom I don't know if I could have done what she did. Growing a life inside of you and finally seeing it like that ferments the bond between mother and child and I don't know if I could ever give up my rights to that child. But in the end she gave a couple a chance at being a family through that sacrifice. It takes a really strong will and a dedicated soul to go through with that

I wish we had a great group of actors like this today that could go another sitcom like this! It could be on Network TV and decent that your whole family could enjoy!
