When training a puppy keep treats in your pocket at all times and give often. The puppy will follow you all the time so less worry. That’s the biggest stress I always had. Worried they were going Potty. He is so adorable ❤️
Hi Lori, you inspired me to have a sale and unload some old inventory. I haven’t had time to be very active on Poshmark or with sourcing the past few months, so I ran a bulk offers to likers this morning, offering 50% off plus discounted shipping. Every morning I delist and relist 20 items that are over 90 days old , I've made so many sale s that way I am bad at not delisting items immediately from other platforms it's a work in progress
I always used an antler stick dog chew for teething puppies. Long enough for you to hold & lasts a long time. Good luck! I really enjoy your you tube channel.

Love seeing that I’m not alone 😂 and the items I can’t find are ALWAYS the cheap items. I do use posherVA every single morning to relist 20 items over 60 days and it’s crazy how many times I’ve sold those stale items super fast once they are “new.” Great sales regardless and I’m sure it feels great to have purged some!
Sounds like these sales are really a great way to boost biz . I’m your age and my frame of mind is now “if i had to move soon, would i want to take all this stuff with me?” The answer is no. It’s hard to let go but it does feel good when theres not so much stuff all around.

I just sold a Mirth dress this week for $95, I sourced it two weeks ago! Their stuff is lovely. I’ve been sending it aggressive offers a couple times a month via bundles to avoid having to offer a shipping discount. Most people go for it, but it’s not as easy as pushing a button doing it that way! Great sales Lori.

I was laughing so hard through this entire video because Omg you are my spirit animal.. 😂 I can relate to everything you said so much. I have had to cancel so many sales because I either couldn't find the item or had already sold it and somehow did not have it removed from another platform, or even the same platform it sold on sometimes. For some reason I have an issue with things being double listed quite frequently. Also being hung up on posting because the pictures weren't quite right but not just going and taking new pictures is one of my biggest character flaws.. I have hundreds of items that are just sitting waiting for me to take photos and get posted and yet I continue to source new items for some reason. It made me feel much better to know that I'm not alone. I'm also trying to hire some part-time help myself right now. Thank you for the video it was extremely helpful for me

I use one shop its an app that delists and relists listings after however many days you set it to. It also shares your closet and cross lists. I like that its an app and you don't have to have it on your computer. It's been super helpful!!!!! Lumpy is soooo cute : )

Get some puppy "Benebones" for Mr. They are made here in the US and are safe for him. He is teething and swallowing paper, or something worse, will make him sick- I should know! I'm so glad you are getting everything organized. In the past years I've seen a few items that you showed in a haul, that I was interested in, but were never listed: A navy blue plaid Madewell button down flannel shirt (S) and a lovely light blue all cashmere sweater (no size was mentioned). Hi Lori, enjoying your videos and especially Lumpy. I have a question on Posher VA - I do have that app, but have not used it for 50% off offers. You said you set for items over a year old...I relist every three months though, so I don't think it would show up as a year old, would it??? Thanks for any info, I would like to try this. My closet is getting a bit big for me at about 560 items, and my storage is limited.

Hi Lori, I have this problem too...items on too long. I talked to an ebay rep and he told me you can sort by# views on active listed and I said yes but I want it in reverse...you can do that on your desktop version!? I did not know. On ebay 7 years and I didn't know! But I do that...I list from least views at top to most on bottom...and I start going down the list. Would;t you know that least views often align to how long on the platform? He said my pics and description look great. What I need help with is the titles. So I began revamping now (day 3) of this process. I take about 5 to 10 items a day and either revamp the listing or end it and sell similar but also look to see what I can improve. So far, its early in process have not seen any improvement but like everything else with patience and continued practice it WILL turn around. I keep notes in my sku field about when 1st listed, how much I paid for it, etc. I have a dress I have listed right now for $16 (I paid $10) which shows me I didn't know how to look up comps then. I do better now...good for you for doing a giant half off sale. May I say when its done and closet clear...before you go buy a bunch of new inventory...since you had some lost or misplaced inventory do a inventory check....because sometimes ebay will drop items too. Jut grab a bin and check the item agains the listing..one by one. I was doing that for a while, taking one bin every Sunday (I find using one day a week as your inventory check day is best) and checking to see if its in stock...I found on average 5% were no longer listed. If I had help like you do, might be a great process for her to do once a week? My plan going forward is to never have anything listed over 2 years. Problem is I do have some things over 2 years with tons of views...and watchers...they are my sought after vintage lingerie items mostly...I have about 6 that I am not sure what to do...I don't want to lose 15 watchers you know? I wonder if I should put on auction or just wait it out. WWLD? or What would Lori do? LOL. Again Loving that puppy...my gosh pure cuteness.
Lori you said you had over 100 drafts. Was this on Poshmark? Reason I’m asking I been trying to save drafts and once I have 50 it won’t let me save anymore. 😢
So do you not have Posher VA automatically relist items? I have them relist every 30 days. Is there a reason you don't do this? Curious.

Enjoyed your video about reselling. Great tips and information. It was concerning that your dog bit you in the face. Cute dog....BUT your dog needs to be trained, or it will clearly get worse. With proper training, that behavior will stop. 😊

How do you delist and relist on Poshmark? I'm not sure.
Go to your listing, go to edit button (upper right hand corner), then click copy button (bottom left hand corner), then it will ask are you sure you want to delete, click yes. It will say the word COPY on the new listing in the description, make sure to delete that word if you don't want it on there. Then click next then list. Then make sure to go back to the old listing and delete it.

That's a terrific coach bag! I have the same in a camel color that is a diaper bag that I used as a "mom" purse. I'll keep it forever because it was a gift from my hubs. He was so proud of this purchase of what was for us a luxury brand. I opened it and was so thrilled. I thought the changing pad was a laptop sleeve 😂 and then when it dawned on me, hubby was so crestfallen and I was ROFL. Great memory!
What is the advantage of delisting and resisting an item?
Hi Dawn. That's a great question. If an item has been listed for a long time (I think 60 days or more) it is considered a stale item. The benefit of delisting and relisting stale items is that those items are now seen as "NEW" in the algorithm and they get pushed out more than the older listings and often times might sell faster than if you left it alone. Hi! I am a reseller and heard you say something about duplicates. Not sure if you use Vendoo, but I found I was getting duplicates also and I think it was when I used relist and delist. Vendoo gave me a fix to remove duplicates. Just heads up.
