Cool video, you flipped through them pretty fast. Were you also looking to see if both serial numbers matched on each bill? I have heard those command a good price too.

Was wondering how you get so many bills in order to do bill searches on them? Because I've been wanting to get my hands on a stack of a hundred silver certificates.

When you have that many $1 silver certs to search, pay close attention to the 1935 series. The 1935 G series was a transitional series. They started like the F series but part way through, they added the motto "in God We Trust" on the back. Only some of the G series and all of the H series have the motto. They aren't really worth more but it's easy to sell a pair of those rather than just 1 note.

Spent many of those $1 & $2 some series are shorter due too change of Secretary of the Treasury or treasurer! That's another thing you need to look for besides errors

Yesterday I just got actually serious with my coin collecting. I've been collecting simple coins like quarters with those unique images on the back and just any wheat penny for over 10yrs. But now I want to get really deep into it all and want to know where to start. Is there a special book I should read on where to learn everything about every US coin?

Joseph Barr was the shortest Secretary of the Treasury from December 68 to January 69 so any currency signed by him as treasurer are short run series! Worth saving

Great finds. Love the red and blue seal notes. My teller had four red seal $2 notes....she knew I was hunting for them. You missed a birthday note in the $1. 19441806....June 18, 1944. I would like to know how you came across them and what was the face value and what did you pay for them. Just to give me an idea of what I should and should not pay. Great video either way.

Thanks! And good point - I generally leave those as I go for the true ones but in this case it's still value! I paid about $4.50 a note on the 1928s, since I can comfortably get $7.50 apiece in bulk.

There was a P19441806A dollar bill the time was 7:46 but that date of June 18th 1944 was during dday about over a week of when it first began. I don’t know if stuff like that is valuable but I thought it was a cool date.
