I am not a fan of anyone on this show but get tired of reading you Melometers nasty remarks, just because you want to show loyalty to passive-aggressive messy phony Melody! I prefer scenes like this by the cast doing business transactions, including Melody! We don’t get to see any business transactions, which was the foundation of this show! They also need to show the construction being done & like someone said the finished project. Melody & Martell don’t have storylines either without talking about each other! Why don’t Melody show viewers her transactions with her skin line or when she’s on the road singing or doing her conferences? Since she & Hoetell can’t film the kids, the least she can do is broaden her screen presence by giving viewers a glimpse of her business side of life , similar to how Kimora Lee-Simmons did on her old reality show! Mel can even leave and do her own reality show giving viewers a glimpse of her singing career and business activities. Time for you people to stop bullying & belittling this couple who are total strangers and demand better storylines from ALL the cast members! This show is only about cheesy gossip & cheating men! The show really needs to be canceled, it’s reached its course! Carlos also needs to be canceled for garbage phony storylines!

Nothing was wrong with this scene, it showed us that they were willing to train & mentor this new Project Manager. You guys are used to watching drama and arguing on these shows! I’ve never had a PM that starts out solo with no experience. They either shadow or have a director to guide them as they manage a project with a schedule. More fakety fake with the project manager.

There is nothing wrong with them willing to give her a chance and train her. It’s not in stone how a project manager is hired or chosen, like any occupation . It’s up to the employer if they want to hire & train an inexperienced Project Manager. When they interviewed this young lady they must have seen that she has a lot of potential for growth and development. I was a hiring manager for 20 years and hired plenty of applicants who didn’t have experience, but had the motivation & potential to grow & learn. They turned out to be my best employees!
@@vetgirl71 And as a Director of an PMO that started out as a Project Coordinator to Project Management to Sr. PM to Project Director to Director of the PMO with a staff of 60 resources and project portfolio ranging from 200 to 260. New PMs were setup for success by shadowing first then given their own projects to mange with a director to guide them. They have a project plan to follow. They gained experience and were assigned projects of increasing scope, magnitude and larger budgets. That was Clinical, Technical, Infrastructure and Construction. Everyone starts somewhere but not everyone gets set up for success. And I assure you the last thing you want to hear as a PM is “you never finish a project.”
