Did you ever have trouble with second gear being hard to shift into or crunch? My ep3 2nd gear feels so rough and feels like it’s crunching even though it’s had a rebuild with new parts recently.

Hi, thanks a lot for the video. It was really helpfull!
I have the same tegiwa kit. I just have one question, the bearing for the forward gears, the big one, yours rotate properly? I think mine is a little stiff, it doesn't move as freely as I see yours, how can I make it to be more free? Any suggestion??
I didn't changed it yet because of that, and I don't want to break anything while changing gears!
Thank you in advance for some suggestions!!!

Hello, glad you found it useful. What I think is that the cable is rubbing or getting caught somewhere to the gearbox. If the issue wasn't there before it could be wrap around something on the install

@UnluckySully I didn't installed yet, it's in the bag, but for me the sphere inside the big Tegiwa bearing that moves in every direction, for me is very stiff, I tried soaking in WD40, but it's still to stiff. Any other suggestion how to make that sphere move freely???
I don't wanna force that sphere to eventually damage it.
Thank you for the rapid response.👍

Did you perhaps install the tegiwa bushes upside down? I thought you'd atleast read the name...

If I didn't mess up with the clips probably about an hour depending. The problem is taking off the rubber bushings rather than putting the new ones on
