He is the reason why I reach endgame completely f2p. He help me hit NM early and then UNM . Pretty much help me acquire all those shards from CB that pulled Martyr, draco, badl, tyrant, mashalld, royal guards, etc. Although I dont use him anymore in CB ,I still respect him.
he was in my faction war team, up till stage 17. he was usefull with relentless and the mastery that reduce turn meter. of course there s better but if you got him built, he can do some damages, crowd control and tank a bit
Not usefull in FW? He single handedly poisoned to death the 21 boss for me. Granted the rest of the team was support, but great synergy. OB, Gurptuk, drokgul, grush, and skullcrusher

Not sure if you said it or not, his passive is not affected by affinity. This makes him more versatile if you only have 1 slot for a poisoner in your unkillable (say versus a FB, aothar, etc). Btw, on your trunda quest, i posted the odds of that first pull in your comment section....absurd.
Alls I had was outlaw monk until yesterday. I was skeptical about if he'd do more poisons than the monk but he definitely does. It's one helluva upgrade for my super early game acct

Watching this now to try squeeze what i can out of my champs. Got some decent champs but can never seem to get the right combination. Highest ive reached on NM CB is about 20m
Good video, but depressing. The damage in unkillable is primarily because its a bateater comp (x2 speed). I'm running a slow maneater unkillable team and OB is doing around 13M dmg - for 50 rounds. Basic rule is, one needs hard-to-get gear (grinding forever) to get this kind of dmg output from OB. The gear needs 15-20 in speed (substats+glyths) each item (weapon, helmet,shield,gauntlet,chest,banner) to get this kind of speed output. To use relentless gear (not speed) means each item has to have 3 rolls for the speed substats. From what I saw of his chest, looks like he is using 4 roll speed substat gear or 3 with some uber (5-6star) glyths - which implies a near maxed out faction wars completion.
Its funny that 2 champions I have Frozen Banshee AND Occult Brawler you say I don't need another poisoner I have both and I also have an Outlaw Monk I wonder what kind of havoc I can cause with all 3 especially if I can find a powerful enough protection on them. I will end up eventually getting your lead champion of your first clan boss team you mention when I actually get to the 30 day mark of playing this game because that has yet to happen! Still eventually want Ghrush the Mangler as well he sounds epic as hell but will probably take quite a while for me to get.
Personally I’d recommend taking the Defense mastery tree instead of the Support tree for him if you’re looking to use him in Counter Attack or speedy Ally Attack teams. Reason being, you’ll run into a very real risk of overloading the debuff slot on CB if you had too much ACC on him, so those extra ACC masteries can be safely skipped; and spend your scrolls instead to make him more resillient (his HP pool is big but his base DEF is a bit low for later CB tiers), and get the Counter Attack masteries too since his damage multiplier is quite good (every bit of extra damage helps after all).
You get a lot more accuracy from other places, you need like 180-200 to not get a resist in UNM but those perks only give you 10/20. Also, master hexer makes it so each debuff can last longer, so for the poisons you have you’ll get more damage.
@@jCouzito Master Hexer can be problematic to have if your team composition make it so that Occult Brawler hits quite often or just simply fast enough to apply his passive frequently. And yes, 180-200 ACC seems like about the right amount.
Its hilarious when today I was just doing the usual grinding food champions for my Banshee and I saw I had an Ancient Shard for free in collection I took out the shard I was like surely nothing of true value was going to come from this shard as a lot of my recent mystery shards. The second I saw the purple ring followed by the hood and teeth as the Occult Brawler appeared I was like I stumbled upon some kind of jackpot it may not be the Jackpot everyone wanted but I was looking for him this whole time in the first place. Maneater is still at large though unfortunately as is a bunch of other important Epics and Legendaries as I have yet to get a Legendary.
no because you will block a spot for other important debuffs like dec atk and dec def. Actually to many poisons from him can cause the death of whole team.
@@MrClinior That said, it's also likely with just one poisoner to rarely have a full debuff bar. It's a problem either way. Not enough poisons on him or too many poisons. Both equal low CB damage totals. Every player has a unique stable of champs too choose from and you work with what you have till you get something better.

Its kinda crazy when you consider on my first account I have everyone but Kreela...but my Tayrel is only rank 5 and the Occult brawler is in the 40s bin so I should take the brawler out of the bin get him and Tayrel to 6 star then add Vogoth or Toragi instead of Kreela and maybe I develop Ghrush or just use Vergis or another healer like Apothecary and see how it goes! The game has not given me Kreela it gave me Toragi a while back on both accounts though..

I'm also curious about this. I pulled Banshee and Occult Brawler in the same pull. I use basically the exact same team he showed for clan boss with Tayrel, speed up, and kreela. I don't use Ghrush cause I have life steal but wondering if I should use Banshee or Brawler because he did rank Banshee higher in the poison tier list.
I love my ob! I only use him in cb and dragon, ill be honest though my dragon team is quit unconventional, I use Raglin, Warlord, zargala, tayrel, and ob, I don't have great waveclear but my Raglin keeps my ob alive for the dragon. I don't use my kael because I do not have any accuracy on him since he is my nuker.
Love the channel! Now that the AI customization came out would it be wise to turn off his A2 for CB? His A2 hits nice but now he has the potential to stack even more poisons. If anyone has tried this let me know!
Just pulled him this weekend. I have Steelskull fully booked out and 2 key brutal/3 key NM - would OB be an upgrade? I also pulled a Frozen Banshee and Aothar to boost my poisoner ranks.
Fully booked, same stats, Nithril is doing more consistent damage than my OB. Not sure if it's the difference between GS vs Warmaster, but both lay down plenty of poisons, but OB never beats Nithril in total damage for me.
He's not taking about dps output just who is better at actually placing poison debuff on the cb. Ob win out against almost everyone but in terms of damage yes draco/gs will out dps him

Noob question @7:30, When you talk about 1 key, 2 key, 3 key etc. is that referencing how many keys it takes to complete a person's obligation to get the highest reward for that level CB? I've heard it so many times and have always wondered exactly how that worked.
Ob is great but on Clan boss he always outruns his counterattack because he gets an extra turn from his a2. Even if you manual for a bit it happens because he only gets the extra turn with the poison from the clan bosses attack added to the ones he puts on himself. It's super annoying but he still does crazy numbers
Can u explain why order in the slots do matter? If u speed tune, fastest go first , and I thought it was irrelevant what slot u would be putting your champs into. Thx
If you have counterattack or like Kreela team attack the speed doesnt matter, they attack in order, leader first, then up right, low right, left high and last left low.

I currently run banshee, steelskull, dutchess, jareg, and skullcrusher. Doing about 28-34 million brutal cb damage. I did just get occult brawler to 6 star. I just pulled sepulcher sentinel today and will get her 6 star asap. I also have rearguard sergeant (attk down/def down), basher (weaken a1), 1 maneater, and 1 painkeeper. If all things being equal, meaning all were 6 starred, who would I use on cb? Like who is my top 5 and if I attempted to build an unkillable team with maneater and painkeeper who would be my other 3?
Off topic but my Lord Shazar is only putting down 1 bomb sometimes. Is this a bug? He has 100% crit rate plenty of accuracy and booked out shouldn't he be placing 2 bombs every time?

First? I run OB on CB as part of a team with block debuffs 100% of the time. I have complained before to Plarium on Discord about his A2. It drives me Crazy when he does it with no single debuff on him...
I use unkillable team with skullcrusher and tower. I used FB and OB in the same team(OB not booked) and OB was doing suicide due to his extra turn. I replaced him with second FB. My team went from manual to auto and damage increased by a few millions. Personally i prefer FB for Clan boss.

He was my first epic, out of a shard , he’s so important to my clan boss team this helped so much

This isn't unique to OB, "placing" is never affected by affinity.

I had him since the beginning and I've slept on him for a long time , him and painkeeper, now i am using him, still waiting to use painkeeper ❣️

Unless you are running 2:1, it is absolutely necessary to have a second poisoner.
