    Thank you.

I never had to have glaucoma surgery because my eye drops have been working with lowering my pressure which is a blessing from the Lord because I don't want to get my eyes cut open again. I had to get cataract surgery when I was a baby and I don't want to get any more surgeries on my eyes. And I'm used to eye drops for glaucoma so I really don't need any glaucoma surgery to lower my pressure. Know if I had to get glaucoma surgery because my pressure started to become high and eye drops stop working, then I would just suck it up and get the surgery for glaucoma.

I've had the istent without the cataract removal because my vision is very clear. However as i'm still in my 40s I've continued taking 3 different drops. This has resulted in my pressure reducing by approx 10 percent. I wasnt aware of the hydrus. Daft question but is it possible to have both isent and hydrus inserted at the same time?

How much does the hydrus cost, and how bad do you have to be in order for it not to be an option??

What if they put 2 hydrus!
Can the the person stop drops and the pressure goes to normal?

Does the iStent do anything to open up the Schlemm's canal like the Hydrus does ? I'll be getting stents when I have cataract surgery in the near future. Great video, thanks !

The iStent does not open up the canal, only provide access to it. This is likely why the iStent is not as effective (at least in this and other trials) compared to the Hydrus. However, the Hydrus is more challenging to implant and not all eye surgeons are comfortable with using it.
