If you watching this again, sorry for the reupload...CZcams set the video to 18+
I think it was because I tried to code in c++ ( self harm )
HAHAHA
Yo, I was what the fukk, I've already seen this, am I tripping?
@@xorbitxo Yes, there was a 1 second clip of Michael with the taser, seems to be due to that.
Haha
But now all of your views are gone
I thought this had like millions of views because of the quality lol
It's awesome 😍
Same
honestly the hardest part is finding projects that arent 1000 hours beyond your skill level
emotion is the key to and driving force of every underlying thought and action in human existence. - Robert Monroe
TLDR:
Pick something you care about and learn as you go.
@@nickkopelgamingtrue.
thats definitely not the hardest part
Takeaway #1 (0:49): Just get started.
Takeaway #2 (3:55): Just try again.
Takeaway #3 (5:55): Avoid tutorial hell.
Takeaway #4 (6:50): Just solve problems you have with code.
in short:
JUST DO IT
Nice, thank you for sharing, it was fun to watch and inspiring!
Good charisma, short video, good visuals, a great inspiration, i loved it. Also very good job learning to code, i'll do my best to learn by myself too.
New into coding, this video just inspired me to continue. Its practical and real live journey and experience, as u shared it, was just what I needed.
what an amazing video! Great editing by the way
Your journey is very inspiring, thank you, I feel motivated 😊
Hey llyod I just stumbled on your videos, and all I can say is that I can't get enough man.
Thank you!
it was fun going through your journey
I was working on a nextjs + firebase project from scratch and I was almost about to give up on that due to many hindrances and thought I am not capable enough to code this. And the timing of your video was so epic you completely motivated me to keep on working on my project and today's it's more than half completed. I really really liked your content and will be waiting for the new ones's from you. All the best man.
You got this, at some moments all I did was 20-30 minutes a day, sometimes I spent multiples hours... just got to do it
One of the best videos I've watched on coding, and I've watched 1000's. Very inspirational and I will take what you said on board and just start making my own project to solve my own problems. this video is exactly what I needed!
Thank you!
Just make stuff
hi dude, i am a junior developer from turkey and i just discovered the channel, you have produced good content, congratulations
Bro Thanks for this video may be the most important video for new developers.
Not throwing shade or anything but seeing you're inefficient journey makes me feel so good about where im at and is giving me heaps of motivation (sorry but thankyou )
I agree... looking back it was pretty bad
BUT
I didnt do this full time, it was a side thing I did while I was working in my main job that was in 3D
Wow, great video!
I kept wondering where this video went cause I'm 100 percent sure I had it in a playlist I made😂 Glad to see this inspiring and informative vid again
Thanks and sorry for the reupload!
Lot more There to take and inspire from this 10mins 🎉❤ Never give up is the only option 🙌
So good I don’t mind watching again.
Amazing video bro
This video inspired me to start my coding journey again, now currently working through the Simon Game section of the full web dev bootcamp by Angela Yu, amazing course recommendation! Really has reignited my passion for it and kept me consistent. Thank you!
Agreed, just note for others, make sure to get the discount code ,it shouldnt cost more then $10
how to get the discount code because the price now is 75$@@looyd
You just earned a new Subscriber today
When you mentioned Dr. Angela I had a reaallll full circle moment, as one of her courses is one of the first courses I did hahaa
amazing video !
you know what, i'm kiind of on a similar path but I'm just on my 300 day break,
yeah and kudos the video is well done, its only some time before you hit the recommendation engine
Nice bro , stay consistent :D
Thank you! I will try
@@looyd feed da streets bro
6:17 nailed it.
I just subscribed you because of your engaging content 😄😄
Thank you!
Love the video
didn't expect that pudge hook lol
1000 days is a reasonable expectation id say, I am maybe 600 days in (with an 8 month gap) but by day 1000 I am pretty confident I will be in a decent spot
I am happy because it's exactly 10min!
The Content Must Need 1 million views
this video made me a coder it gave me confidence
Tell me more?
This is premium. More content brother.
I turn 30 in a few months and I’m desperate to find a skill to learn and this might be it, I appreciate the video and I know where to find courses I’m buying as soon as I get paid
Dont buy any courses... just get started for free on CZcams
@@looyd as soon as Im on lunch i plan to go back through your videos; ill take all the free help i can get. I will need to look into finding a beginner friendly discord or something, as well.
this made me realize ive been in tutorial hell for a while too, i gotta get out of it today
Just make random stuff thats not on CZcams... that is the best way to learn.
Remember me when you become big !
lmao he is so corny but I love this type of humor. When he showed "how much is a anime girlfriend?", I died of laughter. Very entertaining and informational about your journey.
In your case "tutorial hell period" was just another name to learn what is under the hood.
I guess time well spent, especially if you touched DSA.
when i see c++ i was like "oh no"
c++ is like one of the hardest language if not the hardest one
Hi bro! First of all, great video! It's really interesting to hear the story of someone who has gone to the same process as you. You've inspired me to make my own video on my programming journey. You can check it out if you feel like it. Anyway, I hope you'll keep up the good work and provide more valuable content for us!
Cool video!
The web agency series seem interesting
@lloyd Thank you a lot, man! Right now, I know it's not that entertaining, but I'll improve it with time.
5:10 - maybe it's me, but would fit more the change of background there. since you don't actually show the camera often and the effect doesn't save
tru
Great video. How did you get that Udemy course for so cheap? It says 90 dollars on the site. Thanks!
Never pay more than $10 for a course on Udemy. They have discount codes etc... search em up
How much time do you spent when coding? Btw your video makes me motivated again to resume my coding!❤
I work full time, but I try to code a bit everyday. ( But usually its every 2-3 days )
Sweet
Real journey is different from imagined.
Takeaways :
1. Just Get Started
2. Just try Again - Don’t give up, take rest if needed.
3. Learn to some goal or challenge in mind.
4. Avoid tutorial Hell - Solves problem + just go through some video and blog don’t overdo.
5. Solve more problem that excites.
Lol I also started to learn code bc of arduino at HS. I gave up because my teachers weren’t the best and I lack motivation to do it myself. This week I finally decided to start. This inspired me to contact cus I want to code not for web dev and to be a software engineer tbh I find that boring. I want to code to do cool stuff like game dev or robotics stuff for example arduino. I want to learn but my motivation just dies out. In my head I know it is my fault for not trying and there is nothing to blame but myself but each time I start reading I just feel tired and motivation just shuts down.
If you wana try Arduino, start making something you would use in your home, like a door lock with a pin or self watering plant... basicly something you would want and use everyday.
Maybe ask your mom and dad what they are having a issue with and try fix that with code.
Thx for being honest. Its not easy.
Very hard, but possible
Hey nice video. But I can't skip that part the Arduino isn't exactly a small computer. I mean it's like you can call it a microprocessor or microcontroller but it's not computer. Raspberry Pi is a computer but Arduino, not exactly. Love from Turkiye brother nice video never stop posting videos 🎉🎉
Yes, you are right
Quitting coding after the C++ course is so real
I burst when you say monkey brain. 🤣
I started with Small Basic. And then I learned VB, C, C++, C#, Swift, Java, Python and finally R. And then I traveled the 🌎 world 8 months. Meanwhile I learned Thai Box, Aikido, Krav Maga, Ottoman Slap, Kung Fu and Kamasutra. And then I learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Firebase, Tailwind, Haskell, Rust and Delphi. Now I bought a house with a pool in Japan and I swim naked with Japanese girls and the artificial intelligence writes my codes and I control them.😎
if fireship made longer and slower videos
Can someone explain me a little the tutorial hell i want to know if i am in there so i can skip it!
How are you learning to code right now?
how did u got out of tutorial hell. any tips
Do you have a problem? Try solve it with code
Ask your parents or friends if they need help with something.
wtf is this reply ? @looyd 😆
I was in tutorial hell for years…
At least you know, some dont. Youll be fine
can u do michael reeves level projects tho
nop

AKIRA!
Looks like you like basketball
I do
that webdevelopment course in 150 dollars rn... im waiting for it to go down...
I did not pay that wtf... it shouldnt be more then $8 or something, get a discount code and never pay more then $8

What are you making?
Good ol research 😂😂
After this I understood how quickly I have learned everything that I knew
Tell me more
ain't no way I just realized this is not like 10 mil views at least
well 10 mil is definetly a stretch :d
How much is a anime girlfriend pall?

Depends on if you want big tittie or not
*how much is a anime girlfriend? 💀* 6:18
the udemy course is now 99$ 😭😭 wtf
There should be discounts, never pay more then $10 on udemy
@@looyd i ended up paying 19$ with the discount...but the course is so damn good i think its worth it and i dont regret it.
Your months doesn't fit between videos
Beginning was good and then classic bs about JavaScript 😂😂😂 Like nothing else exists to learn and do 😂😂😂
Im slowly trying to go away from JS

Due to the stupid video title I'm unable to watch the video.
