  • @guilhermeferreira7803
    @guilhermeferreira7803 Před 5 lety +5

    This one should be easy.
    You develop a fake calculator app which after N steps, and clicking equal, will give you a pre configured number.
    You tell people to do the steps with difficult multiplication steps, which normally wouldnt be done with mind calculation, and then you tell people to keep putting random numbers at it until the number of steps required is necessary.
    The N steps are necessarily to prevent the result to be shown to soon.
    And bang.. after lots of random numbers you'll get the number you need and configured before, and voila: Magic

      this trick can be done with a regular calculator, but since he hit equals twice during the trick, and didn’t have the phone back in his hand, that has me baffled… Unless 1 of three things, all if which I find unfair for a trick like this but typical for TV magic. Either the video footage was edited, the last or second to last guy was in on the trick, or it’s not a normal calculator.

    The final number isn't divisible by any of the numbers they mentioned using. James and them mention towards the end that they used 227. It doesn't cleanly divide into the end result, meaning it couldn't be the number used to multiply everything.
    Also, Google shows Kirk's birthday is 9-30, both numbers still not divisible into the final result. Dan White even brought up googling the birthday, like he wanted us to know how easy and full of shit this illusion is, lol.

      Lol, my only gripe with this illusion is that the only "trick" part is him making people think when he wrote down "Questlove" that it was also a number upside down.
      No slide of hand, not even some persuasion mentalism to force them to think of numbers to get a result. What's impressive about a phony app?

    One can easily show that the number 310.745.296 cannot be the result of the multiplication calculation made.
    310.745.296 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 19.421.581 (prime factorization)
    Therefore, one of the roots members must have entered the number 19,421,581, which obviously could not have happened.
    So the result is clear from the start.
    Nice trick anyway :-)

    Very Cool, hello Jimmy it is I the SkyWalker writing to comment about this video if I may, that was cool: I wonder if that guy available during tax season, I can see him handing someone a paper then turning the paper sideways to reveal the word "audit". Life full of surprises, if I may Jimmy I remember talking to you about "banging new brides", with a song performed by The Roots, and as you know from the news this morning it might be easy to say "someone beat me to it" cause she having a baby, well Jimmy fear not, what Walker Anakin and I were told was "be not shocked at the news" then we were told "in order for you to get what you want.."he" got to have first swing at it", things just would not make sence any other way, I imagine telling you that Jimmy and you saying...
    Jimmy: So...you seen a baby on the way huh, looks like the process has started.
    Me: I know.
    Jimmy: How does all this make you feel man, I read you asked "the big kahuna" and this is the first step on getting what you want started, how does all this make you feel?
    Me: Nervous...and scared a little.
    Jimmy: You should have thought of that before you asked, careful what you ask for.
    Me: This feels like a wedding, is this what getting married feels like?
    Jimmy: I bet it does, imagine what she going through to be told "you have to do "this" before you "do" that",
    Me: Yep.
    Jimmy: Now the ball is in motion, this is it buddy...you getting married sort-of-speak.
    Me: I got butterflies.
    Jimmy: Too late for that, look what she done for you, you should be getting ready to walk that isle, the music will be playing soon.
    Me: Can I get a girl with big boobs to hold me?
    Jimmy: That's up to you...you got a couple of months.
