Nice work, Stanley. In reference to stop signs in Arizona.... as a newbie to AZ, you will soon learn: Running or "rolling" a stop sign in Arizona is RARELY enforced by the police. Unless, of couse, the violation is needed as a convenient and technical "probable cause" factor to stop a driver. If it wasn't for TOURISM and SNOWBIRDS, Arizona would dry up an blow away. So, for the most part, traffic safety in Arizona has VERY LOW PRIORITY compared to the almighty TOURIST DOLLAR!!
There is no excuses for running the stop signs it doesn't matter of you are new to driving or not you are required by law to stop at all stop signs and follow all the rules of the road which is on a contract you sign at the D M V that you agree to follow all the rules of the road and on driving test if you can't learn all of that then you shouldn't be driving.
Pay attention to the road carefully and you will see all those signs there is no excuses for ignoring the road signs if you can't learn to follow the rules of the road then you shouldn't be biking and driving.
The city can't allow Uber and lyft go where the buses to they don't want bus traffic to be hold up by ride share drivers there are other places where ride share drivers can pick up and drop off people not at the Tempe bus transit center.
I feel like this rule exists for no reason. That's a station where they turn around, so as long as people are forced to yield to buses there should be no problem. maybe change the sign to "yield to buses" and make it a don't say I didn't warn you situation
