- President Putin lit a candle in memory of the Moscow terror attack victims on Sunday.
Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack on Friday night, in which four gunmen killed at least 133 people.
Floral tributes were laid outside the Crocus City concert hall by members of the public after Putin declared a national day of mourning and pledged to punish those behind the attack.

American intelligence issued a loud warning about the impending terrorist act. They likely knew that from their FSB informants, just like it was the case before the Russian invasion. It's reasonable to assume that they pursued the same goal of preventing the operation, but just like before it didn't work.
