Sentencing Dragon Ball Z Villains For Their Crimes âïž
Anime villains are some of the cream of the crop, whether it be Knives Millions, Madara Uchiha or Sosuke Aizen, villains make any show ten times more fun. This is the case with Dragon Ball and itâs many sequels, every new arc focuses on a massive threat, from Vegeta to Buu and everything in between, the villains are on our minds today. However, while these villains faced justice, itâs not common that they face judicial justice, and thatâs why weâre here today.

Which shows villains should we sentence next?
You should sentence Demon Slayer villains for their crimes
death note villains
The most famous anime from Nintendo. The criminals of Pokémon.
Pokémon, Sailor Moon, Pretty Cure, Tokyo Mew Mew, One Piece and Toriko
JoJoâs bizarre Adventure villains
I'd argue killing Dr.Gero is more so self-defense than murder because he literally had a way of shutting them down if they didn't they didn't follow orders.
Besides, they didnt want to be androids, they were kidnapped as children meaning the murder of Gero would be waived
Facts
I imagine you try to sentence Kid Buu and he just nukes the entire world.
Imagine he did it out of fear
@@KTK5K *Beerus proceeds to sentence him to be trapped into whis' 2nd staff*

Judge: "Ah, the king of the demon realm?... Hm... These are some serious crimes. Six months in prison for you."
Everyone else: Life in prison or death
He was a good person before babidi mind controlled him
Imagine trying to kill any of these characters by hanging or firing squad. Also the androids killing Gero is justified by the circumstances. They were essentially imprisoned and experimented on. They could have gotten the one non life or death sentence
This is hilarious, imagining executioners trying to kill overpowered anime villains.
I'd say that Present 17 and 18 could get maybe between 1 month and a year or maybe a little above a year in prison since wouldn't their crimes not fall under light sentences
Also cell is 6 at most
*Hangs vegeta*
Vegeta: *Fly*
@@dannylopez5976 *Behead Cell*
Cell: *head grows back* Yeah, so... can I go now?
*Vegeta gets hung* everyone around: I feel like we've made a fatal error in judgment forgetting he can fly
I can imagine him faking it and then as soon as he Gets to the morgue, he springs up and walks out. (Destroying the building or course.)
This would fit really well with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Many villains in the show aren't exactly evil like most of La Squadra, but their are still a lot like Cioccolata and DIO who would get death penalties.
But dio is immortal
âPublic execution by beheadingâ like thatâs gonna do shit to Cell considering that mf survived blowing himself up into a million pieces
Funny enough Super Buu would get off Scott free because no one is left to press charges
Some thoughts:
The actions of Dodoria, Zarbon, the Ginyus, and Frieza on Planet Namek would be outside of Earth's jurisdiction, as there is no extradition treaty with Namek or any other exoplanet at that time. The Frieza Force's actions against the Earth Natives on Namek at that time might constitute war crimes, as some of them are civilians, but all of those who sustain injury or death are voluntarily taking up arms in the conflict against Frieza, so should more likely be considered soldiers of Namek, rather than civilians of Earth for the purpose of weighing the crimes against them. While this would crtainly ding Frieza and his top brass with several war crimes, since they are committed on foreign soil, the penalty for them would likely only extend to sanctions, particularly as Frieza is a sovereign ruler and represents the actions of his Empire, rather than just himself, unless he were to be foolish enough to come to Earth personally to stand trial...
Being military leaders of an invading force, Frieza and Cold would have to stand military trial for their attempted armed invasion of earth (had they survived), while the soldiers they bring with them (had they not been vaporized) only fought against self-designated Defenders of Earth, which is to say, 'enemy soldiers', entirely acceptable in wartime, so would probably not see penalties directly. Indeed, the only Earth people harmed in the attempted invasion were volunteer soldiers. Cold would likely only receive sanctions, while Frieza would have to answer for his war crimes on Namek now that he was in Earth custody.
Lapis and Lazuli, as mentioned, only manage to actually kill Doctor Gero, and should receive significant mitigation for being victimized by Gero's crimes. The remainder of their crimes are destruction of property. Furthermore, they are minors, and suffer both amnesia regarding their lives before Gero, and severe amounts of manipulation by Gero's attempts to literally program them. Thus, it's possible they would be able to claim insanity defense (that they literally could not tell right from wrong), and be tried as minors, putting them into juvenile corrections for rehabilitation. Given they'd already switched sides by that point, they can probably get off on good behaviour with probation and community service after a brief stint in juvie.
Babidi should also be tried for Witchcraft on top of everything else, upgrading his sentence to death by burning.
Dabura, as the king of Hell, has sovereign and diplomatic immunity, so would almost certainly avoid even the light punishment suggested in the video. At worst, he would be expelled from Earth back to Hell and barred from returning, save to any outposts of the Outer Realms on Earth, which would be under celestial sovereign juristiction, not Earthly (so he could probably still go to the Lookout, if Kami didn't mind and we wasn't too scared of Mr. Popo.)
Actually Super shows that there is actually a space police in Dragon ball. And that it basically did nothing on Namek because it was scared of Frieza. It was even stated in the Moro saga that the Galactic king, The true legit power of the milky way said that Freeza was so strong that he could do whatever he wanted if he let him live. So like Wicked Binge said. Frieza basically never got arrested because of his status. And his power level.
dbaura is not king if hell he king if the demon world hell and demon worl are not the some thing in db as the shin himle siad demon world anth relam hell is part of other world if dbaur was king of hell he wood be aele to give frieza and cell to bidbii did he no cos hell and demon world are not the some in db goku even to demo world in db to prof to you it not hell
@@ssjgotenks2009 bro drink some water and rewrite that
@@ssjgotenks2009 can anyone translate this?
Not kings are free of death. Maybe, Dabura still gonna be punished for all his wrongdoings by death. Like Louis XVI (that he was a victim more than a culprit) or Mussolini (that yes, he was culprit of many things and still, when he tried to flee, was found and killed directly without any type of justice). Except Dabura case, where most probably, his immunity don't gonna save him, I'm completly agree.
I'm not a lawyer nor a judge, but can we even convict the villains on Namek? Wouldn't that not count as "Earth Laws" ? Like, it's not our problem?
Not really but we dont know how the law system works in other planets anyways sooo
I mean if you want to be funny goku attacked a foreign nations leader (frieza) nearly killing him
@@dylanzlol7293I think the point is that itâs out of our jurisdiction

Kid Buu: *Explodes Earth
Brooooo, how do you give Dabura 6 months in prison!!! đđ Heâs literally Satan himself. Heâs the demon king for crying out loud lmao
So Iâm guessing Coercion isnât a crime anymore. A lot of the atrocities committed in the series could actually be linked back to specific individuals, (Frieza, Gero, Babidi). Vegeta could claim insanity due to a lifetime of forced servitude to the individual responsible for multiple genocides, including his own race. The same goes for Raditz and Nappa. While I doubt this would stand, there is a case to be made. Cyborgs 17 and 18 would probably be found innocent by (again) coercion and forced servitude under Gero, though I doubt theyâre actually minors, we donât know how long they had been experimented on. Plus with Gero having become a Cyborg himself, their murder could be dropped altogether. While there is what appears to be a human brain with his skull, it would be impossible to figure out whether or not it was functional to begin with. He did declare himself an android after all. Cell has no case. While he is organic in nature, heâs still a man-made machine with a preset built-in function with no true will of his own. As such he couldnât be tried for his crimes. Mr. Buu has shown on numerous occasions that while he is within a right state of mind, is in fact oblivious to the nature of his actions, as once Mr. Satan began to explain that all of the bad things he had been doing were wrong, he instantly changed his ways and never raised a hand to anyone else outside of self-defense, defense of others, or officially sanctioned competitions. Furthermore, it is seen multiple times that Babidi had to coerce Buu into doing evil things with threats of confinement, and thus could be seen as insane due to mental trauma brought on by millions of years of forced isolation, and the very real threat of similar treatment. Buuâs murder of Babidi could be seen as an act of self-defense. Most of Friezaâs henchmen could also use this defense. Super Buu is guilty as charged. He was with a sound mind and fully aware of what he was doing, though his homicide of Chi-Chi, as well as the assassins could be seen as self-defense, as they clearly provoked him. Kid Buu, in all honesty is innocent. For a being of âpure evilâ, he doesnât seem to act with any sort of real malice, but instead instinct and compulsion. His intelligence is so low that it stands to reason he doesnât understand right from wrong. Though he has committed untold numbers of heinous crimes, murdered billions to trillions of people, destroy innumerable planets, it stands to reason that once again, coercion plays big role. Like with Mr. Buu, Bibidi had the power to seal away the Majin.
Hmm, there are some points I disagree with:
*"heâs still a man-made machine with a preset built-in function with no true will of his own."*
Not only is this wrong (Cell is 99% biological, with the only robotic parts being those obtained from #17 and #18) but he does have a will of his own (as can be seen with the fact that he let Trunks go, created an unnecessary tournament and even let Goku live when his primary objective should be to kill Son Goku), meaning that all the charges do stick.
*"Furthermore, it is seen multiple times that Babidi had to coerce Buu into doing evil things with threats of confinement, and thus could be seen as insane due to mental trauma brought on by millions of years of forced isolation, and the very real threat of similar treatment."*
Problem is that Buu loses this defence once he continues to kill and eat people after he got rid of Babidi, now there's no cohersion involved.
Also, simply because he didn't knew the laws doesn't meant that he can do whatever he wants, those crimes also stick.
*"Like with Mr. Buu, Bibidi had the power to seal away the Majin."*
And also like Mr.Buu he continue to commit his crimes hours after Babidi couldn't seal him anymore.
@@toumabyakuya some valid points. But hereâs the thing, Cell is still a Bio-ANDROID. He still intended to kill Goku, he just wanted to do it HIS way. Heâs still bound to his programming. But because of the way he was made, he has less limitations on he can go about it. 16, 17, 18 outright just wanted to go murder him. But because Cell was given more freedom in his programming, he was allowed to make these choices. Plus the humans he killed in his imperfect form could be seen as just a creature trying to survive. Now heâs DEFINITELY guilty of blowing up that city on live tv. It was completely unnecessary and was only done for intimidation purposes. The islands he blew up in his SemiPerfect form could also be traced back to his programming. Sure, he could have just looked for 18 the old fashion way, but he thought of an idea that would most likely be more efficient, and as a machine, thatâs what he would naturally gravitate to.
Furthermore, heâs still just a weapon created by Dr. Gero. So Gero is responsible for Cellâs actions then, right?
Wrong.
While *A* Dr. Gero created Cell, the Cell who commits these crimes is from an alternate future timeline. The Cell of the present is in an incubation chamber and wonât be ready to start killing for another 20 years. So unless you hop in Cellâs Time Machine, travel to the future, gather Namekâs Dragonballs, and wish Gero back, thereâs nobody to prosecute.
In the case of Fat Buu, yes, Babidi did have to coerce him to do several things. Though maybe I didnât explain this clearly, itâs not that Buu thought it was wrong. He simply didnât feel like it. Buu at this time had a lifetime of being told that he could do whatever he wanted, nobody could stop him. Itâs all just a game. Buu was basically âraisedâ to believe that killing and destroying was okay. BUT, Mr. Satan not only was able to stop Buu from rampaging any further, he even showed Buu that what he was doing was in fact bad. Itâs not that Buu didnât care about how he was hurting others, he simply didnât understand right from wrong.
@@miteihiro3283 *"Heâs still bound to his programming."*
No, he's not. His brain is 100% biological, not a computer. He's not bound by "programming" at all, he has a will all of his own. To say that he's bound to a programming you would have to argue that any individual created in a lab is not humane but a computer and that is something I wont agree with.
*"Plus the humans he killed in his imperfect form could be seen as just a creature trying to survive."*
No, it can't. Unless you can prove that Cell needs to drink people to survive, then he just do this out of malice.
*"So Gero is responsible for Cellâs actions then, right?"*
Nope, Cell's actions were uniquely his own and Gero wasn't there at all to push him to do what he did.
*"So unless you hop in Cellâs Time Machine, travel to the future, gather Namekâs Dragonballs, and wish Gero back, thereâs nobody to prosecute."*
Dude, you could make this argument out of 80% of all the characters in this list (making this video pointless). The only characters that could be prosecuted would be: Vegeta, Frieza, present #17 and #18 and Fat Buu.
*"Buu was basically âraisedâ to believe that killing and destroying was okay."*
Dude, bad argument. What you are basically saying is that crimes should be excempted if the criminal says that they didn't know that said law existed to begin with. That is not how laws work. Even if you don't know them, if you break them you are as guilty as the rest.
can you write it in real words plz
Kid buu is not an evolution, he is the purest & original form of Buu. That was explained in the show.

True

@@stevejamieson8468 dunno about nappa he did blow up a city twice. Second time was when he escaped from hell in GT before being one shotted by vegeta , which could be showing that he didnât learn anything

Odd that you did not mention anything regarding how Kid Buu went to heaven to beat up dead people
The thing is saiyans were already conquering planets before being taken over by King Cold's empire and later Freeza.
Fat Buu didn't have the mental capacity to know that what he was doing was wrong. I think he would have been found not guilty by reason of insanity. Might be able to make that case for Kid Buu too.
Yeah, that's probably the likely outcome, Buu never even had a sense of right and wrong and was more or less born of pure rage, which should be considered a solid defense.
@@EeveeShadowBacon But who would even want to defend his actions? I couldn't imagine he'd have the capacity to get a lawyer.
@@ShiningJudgment666 Mister Satan would. Hell, Mister Satan would probably fund the lawyers for Vegeta, 17, 18 and Kid Buu, assuming they went after Uub cause he was reborn.
Heck, Satan's the one who taught him right from wrong and almost ended the Buu Saga without a fight, he'd be the Key Witness for the trial.
fat buu cant be chgnred idd you and the maker of thsi video forget they wished that no one knows what buu looked like
It's actually pretty funny that most of those punishments wouldn't work either through high power level or lifespan, for example present android 17 and 18 are immortal and won't age in the 40 years in prison, a better punishment would be the removal of the infinity energy drive and focused work laborer for 40 years, renstated infinity drive on good behaviour after the allotted time
I would sentence Super Buu an eternity in the hyperbolic time chamber, with no chance of parole or candy. All while being bound and muzzled.

Oh this is neat. Please do one of these for My Hero Academia and Naruto.
Though not the 'moral' thing to do, wouldn't the actual best option be to 'bargain' with those more likely to change their ways ? Like telling Vegita 'Instead of killing you, we'll hire you to save the Earth from extraterrestrial threats and you also get to pursue your rivalry with Goku. And, by the way, we'll erase all of your crimes and sentences'. Not only are they insanely useful, but the only 'realistic' way to neutralize most of them is to make them fight another insanely powerful character and, in addition to the fact that we don't even know if the 'good' guy will triumph against the criminal, such a fight would jeopardize the safety of all living things in the galaxy.
I'd like to point out that Fat Buu stopped his acts of destruction when he was told it was wrong. Would him not understanding his actions factor in his sentencing?
Exactly. It's tricky in Fat Buu's and Kid Buu's cases because they brain literally work like a toddler's.

frieza and vegeta would both also be liable for the destruction of multiple planets. while vegeta could likely get off with a lighter sentence due to him being "employed" by frieza, the big boss himself would likely be up for far more than you said. frieza conquered most of the known galaxy and was responsible (if directly or indirectly) for at the very least three planets. likely the number goes far higher than that, as his temper has been known to flair

Your methods of execution wouldn't work on most of these guys, as they've survived much worse.
Wouldn't the sentences for Cell's and Majin Buu's crimes not be death at the cellular level due to their regeneration as if you were beheading Cell, you would have to do it so many times that the executioner would get bored then they'll have to figure out a final method to kill him permanently and then there's Buu, he managed to regenerate quite a few times from major injury like surviving Vegeta's Final Atonement attack and the destruction of Earth from Kid Buu's earth destroying ball attack.
I would say there's two methods that can 100% get rid of the two, method 1 is nuclear destruction of their cells or fire them into the sun and hope that the heat of the sun would destroy every single trace
