Most expensive Prince 12" singles in my collection

- This video features Prince 12" singles in my collection that have sold for $100 or more according to Discogs "max" prices. Plus a few others. That doesn't necessarily mean they are actually worth that much.
I do my videos in one take and noticed a couple mistakes in this one:
1) I said there was an edited version of "Partyman" on the US "Gotta stop (messin' about)" promo when it's actually an edited version of "Partyup." DUH!
2) I said that Diamonds and Pearls is featured on "51 hours" when it is actually Diamond and Pearl.

This was so interesting!!! I was surprised I didn’t see any of the picture discs from under the cherry moon 🌙 I see them for 300+bucks
This video was only 12" singles. All the picture discs from "Parade" were either the full length album or shaped 7" 45's.

have you ever heard of a song called the making of so high it was on a 3 record set only 1000 of each where print . prince at the pinao abliving . ithe sone later became purple music whit new words. mama ,cold coffe and cocaine was part of the set with others.
I had that Gett Off promo and I gave it away in 1995. Waddadope.

Love your collection I have about 80% of those songs on vinyl. most are album versions and Maxi singles in the original packaging all us versions and sealed.
Looks like you have a few bootlegs in there but bootlegs are cool too I have a Black album bootleg. I havent confirmed that it is boot but it's cool.
0 bootlegs in this video. Except maybe the Korean pressings. I consider them unofficial as opposed to bootlegs. Semantics I do suppose😉

Yes I do! It isn't included here because it is a shaped 7" disc and this video is only 12" singles. Here is a video I did on picture discs. I start talking about "Paisley Park" at the 1:05 mark:

I bought that Gold 12-inch for a few bucks about ten years ago.
I think I have that it was a bootleg. Was it in a box and on the cover him jumping up only in briefs lovesexy style picture. My collection is at my parents house so I have not look threw it in a long time.
Wow but let me ask you something im a big prince fan been a fan since his first album For you in 1978 ..are those songs on those albums you have are remix long versions of the original album versions ..cause that is to much money paying for records overseas
Depends on which ones you are talking about. Some are extended or remixes. Others are album versions.

2:50 What?? Pretty Man grouped with Gotta Stop Messin' About and three Dirty Mind tracks? That's bizarre. I have the 12" single of Gotta Stop Messin' About as the b-side to Let's Work (Extended Version). Thought it was an American version, but maybe not. Interesting.
I mispoke, it is an edited version of Party Up not Party Man or Pretty Man LOL! This one is the US promo with "Gotta stop (messin' about)" as the lead track. What you have is indeed the official US 12" of "Let's Work".
