As a 12 year old Aussie kid with Scottish parents who was in Dundee at the time on holiday... had all the tangerine kit and merch I could get my hands on. WHAT A DAY to be a Dundee United fan there to see this. British football must be exerienced by everyone at least once in their life. I'll make it back someday to Old Trafford to see MU lift the league. I promise I will. Stretford end, my boys Martial and Rashford scoring would have me beside myself. What a game football is sometimes. Cahill at the world cup top three moments. We don't have much to go on outsede the EPL but I never miss a match!

Just by watching the quality of this game, it’s clear to see that besides the old firm the quality of the league as a whole has dipped drastically since then

Absolutely right my man. I mind when we (Dundee United) beat rangers with laudrup, gazza in the team. All down to smart management and hidden quality

redmachine Kieran Aye, looks like a talented squad this, must’ve been far better to watch this back in the day, quick, strong and technically capable players with a lot of desire to win for their team

@@Jamiegallagher03 100% man. Ill never forget the match I was talking about. On sky live TV, Martin Tyler commentating, they were talking about how many Rangers were gonna score. Wee Erik Pedersen man marked Laudrup out of the game, he didn't get a sniff. Good times as a Dundee United fan

In my opinion, these two Aberdeen and Dundee U are the only ones that 'fight' to be the 3rd greatest team in scotland behind the Old Firm....

I was at this game, sure it was a Sunday? Was meant to be on a nightshift a few hours after. Never happening. Straight on the swall with my mates to celebrate. Never went back to that job. Some things are more important 😆

Dons fans: "Aitken, gives us a wave. Aitken Aitken give us a wave"
Aitken pops out of the box and waves at the Dons fans
    Dons fans: "cheerio cheerio cheerio"
    Aitken abruptly sits down again
