Shisui had a natural EMS, the true EMS like Hagoromo and Indra Otsutsuki to begin with, think about it he is the only uchiha that has his sharringan on casually most of the time and has ms for 9 years straight without his vision weakening or any health complications for that fact, and I'm not saying that he can go perfect susano right off the bat from the start unlike indra and hagoromo, he has to work his way up to it, cause he doesn't have a strong otsutsuki bloodline trait as they do but his ms kotoamatsukami is surely more powerful

The two meet in the place where in they are playing , when they are kids. Shisui knew that Danzo is coming to get Shisui's Left eye. Shisui doesn't have a choice so he give it to Itachi.
