Nagato was a shinobi of Amegakure and descendant of the Uzumaki clan. Forming Akatsuki alongside his friends (and fellow war orphans) Yahiko and Konan, Nagato dreamed of bringing peace to the violent shinobi world. However, following Yahiko's death, Nagato adopted the alias of Pain and, along with Konan, began leading a new Akatsuki - one that would force the world into peace using any means necessary.

Nagato was my favorite Akatsuki( and Itachi too Ukraine, Afghanistan; forcing their ideology upon smaller nations etc. Wars in Vietnam, Libya. The list is endless. Major countries fighting over resources in poor smaller nations. All this leads to great suffering on the innocent people - like Yahiko, Nagato and Konan). The countries of our world have enough money to wage wars and invest into weapons but not enough to spare for basic necessities like food for the poor. The poor perishes at the expense of the corrupt ideals of those in power. There exists so much hatred in this cursed world. As Nagato said, it's a vicious cycle, hate and wars breeds more hate and wars. The rich, corrupt selfish beings, those in the power understand no pain of the poor. In reality the rich are getting richer the poor are getting poorer. The concept of peace is unreal. It can never be achieved. The race of humans is utterly greedy and selfish. Peace into this world is just a utopian idea. Nagato made me think. I cried for the whole episode when Jiraiya Sensei was killed. But when Nagato died after giving his reasoning, I cried for him too. I don't know but the world leaders should watch Naruto once and rethink the choices with which they choose to govern the world.

The breakdown was spotless but then the reason why the Diva path wanted to destroy Konoha was not because the ninja not cooperating or them knowing the secret of the 6 paths, but Tsunade saying that the great war has also affected the big villages while completely disregarding the disproportionate damage that the great nations had done on the Amegakure.

I believe nagato was right, humanity itself causes destruction, from seeing his views shows me that humanity can’t ever achieve peace, from world war 1 to the politics of today, people experience pain through out life, so if I were nagato I would show pain to this world.
